Betelgeuse

Meet Betelgeuse — A Star in Search of a Lap to Call Home! ✨Some stars shine brightest in the night sky, but Betelgeuse shines brightest when he’s snuggled up beside someone he loves. Betelgeuse is a sweet, middle-aged gentleman with a gorgeous black coat sprinkled with wispy white hairs, giving him a delightfully star-dusted look. Like his namesake, this boy is truly celestial — though his favorite place to be is much closer to earth, preferably curled up in your lap! This affectionate fellow believes that cuddles are one of life’s greatest treasures, and he’s more than happy to share his warmth and love with his special someone.

He also gets along well with other cats, so he may be a wonderful addition to a feline-friendly household. Dogs, however, are not his cup of tea, and he’d prefer a home where he doesn’t have to share his space with any canine companions.Betelgeuse has had several teeth removed, so he needs a little extra consideration at mealtime. Crunchy kibble can be difficult for him to manage, and he’ll need a primarily wet-food diet to keep his tummy happy and his meals comfortable. It’s a small accommodation for a boy who has so much love to give!If you’re looking for a devoted companion with a soft heart, a star-speckled coat, and a serious talent for cuddling, Betelgeuse might just be your brightest discovery. He’s ready to leave the shelter behind and find a cozy corner of the universe to call his own.Could you be the center of Betelgeuse’s universe? ‍⬛Adoption fee includes:✅ Spay/Neuter✅ Vaccines✅ Microchip✅ Treated for fleas and worms Interested in meeting Betelgeuse?Email us at: adoption@columbiahumane.org to request an application.Adoption Fee: $175For more information call 503-397-4353 or email adoption@columbiahumane.org
