Lovely long-haired beauty BOO is a gentle girl looking for a new home to call her own. She's about 5 years old and currently 11 pounds. Boo was adopted from SDHR as a kitten back in 2022 and recently returned. Changes in her home over time, including the arrival of a new baby and the loss of her canine companions proved too stressful for Boo so we agreed to take her back and find her a home environment where she can thrive. She needs a quiet adult-only home. She lived with 2 dogs who were her dear companions and their passing broke her heart. Boo is ideally suited to a home where she will have a friendly canine or feline companion. She needs a patient adopter who will help her settle in to her new life. Boo's long lovely locks will require regular brushing to keep her looking and feeling fabulous. ONYX is management. You are staff. We just want to make that clear. Beautiful Onyx is stunning longhaired black cat looking for a home. He will be in charge of said home, of course. He is an absolute love of a kitty, around 18 months old. He's fostered with a well-trained dog and is doing very well. He likes to nap with his foster brother and cuddle with his foster mom. Onyx has lived with a cat in the past, and should be fine with a well balanced cat and a good introduction. His long lovely locks will need regular brushing to keep him looking and feeling fabulous. PALLET is a stunning kitten looking for her furever home. She's fun and playful, loves toys and playing with other kitties. Pallet is probably 7-8 months old and on the petite side. Her striking beauty seems like equal parts Calico and Tortoiseshell. She needs a home where she will have another friendly, playful cat sibling and plenty of toys. Don't have another cat? We are happy to match Pallet with another kitty and you can adopt a perfect pair, we will even give you a discount for adopting two cats! Bunny is a short-haired, Seal Lynx Point female born 4/15/2026. Bunny is a sweet, gentle soul who can be a bit cautious at first, but once she warms up, her affectionate side shines through! She is a quiet, docile sweetie who is working on her confidence with the help of her foster family. Bunny needs a patient, loving home that will give her the time and support she needs to blossom. Meet Solana, a darling little silver tabby with a big heart! Just over a year old, this slim little sweetheart is full of love and purrsonality. She'll come running to greet you at the door, shower you with kisses, and happily soak up all the affection you can give.

She will jump in your lap or bring you a toy to get you to play with her. She truly loves cuddles and attention.
When she's not busy playing or making friends with other cats, you can find Solana perched in her kitty window seat, enjoying the view, or curled up cozily in her favorite cuddler bed.

Marble - where to begin? Someone took her to a shelter - pregnant - but the shelter would not take her in. Someone in the lobby felt sorry for her and took her home.

Marble was in rough shape....all of her kittens died, probably because Marble was malnourished and too young.

We stumbled upon the situation and offered to get several of the people's cats fixed...but when we got Marble home, we realized she was in no condition to have surgery! She was only 4 1/2 pounds! The family agreed to surrender her so we could give her the medical attention she needed.

MADAM PRESIDENT doesn't want your vote. All she wants is a new home and people to love. She is s stunning 14 pound 2 year old tuxedo cat. She is a friendly, easy going girl who loves people and attention. Madam President was recently returned to the rescue when her family was no longer able to care for her. She enjoys the companionship of other kitties and would love to find a home with another friendly cat. She was returned with Hype, a big beautiful orange and white boy who is also available for adoption. HYPE is a big beautiful orange and white boy with a gentle soul. He's simply delightful, he loves people and other kitties, toys and cat trees. Hype is about 2 years old and tips the scales at 14 pounds. He was recently returned to us when his people were no longer able to care for him. We cannot say enough good things about Hype, he's a volunteer favorite. Hype has always lived with another cat and is best suited to a home with another friendly feline. He previously lived with Madam President, a lovely female tuxedo cat, also available for adoption. Tommy is a very sweet boy who was born approx May 15 2026. He spent a couple of months waiting for a good foster home so he is still a little bit confused by being in a house but he really wants some pets and cuddles and gives a good motor. He enjoys playing with the other kittens in his foster home, especially Pepita. Her confidence is helping him to understand that everything is a-ok.

Tommy has been spayed and is up to date on his vaccines. FIV/FeLV negative. Adoption fee $75 or $125 to adopt in a pair with Pepita.

Lizzy is a longhaired, beautiful gray female kitten born May 11, 2026. This little girl is a true social butterfly with a big personality packed into a small, fluffy body! Lizzy is full of energy, love, and enthusiasm, and she is always ready for playtime or some quality time with her favorite people. Lizzy is happiest when she has company. One of the things she dislikes most is being alone, so she would love a home with a playful kitty companion to keep her company and help her burn off some of that kitten energy. She also adores people and is a total love bug who wants plenty of attention, affection, and interaction.

Myers is a kitten, and he will do best with another playful cat or kitten playmate in the home, as kittens need to be homed in pairs or with a buddy. The eldest of her litter, Bobbin has crowned herself the spokeskitten in chief and takes her work very seriously. She loves to play, especially with sparkly foam balls, and will always race the group to a new toy as it flies across the room. Equally happy cuddling in your lap, she is growing into a very affectionate and sweet kitten who would love to find her forever home!

The Elizabeth Wakefield of the Button and Bobbin twins, Button is the more reserved of these girls. She loves to play with a soft mouse, often by herself, and will be the first to find a cozy bed and snuggle up in it! She is curious, loves to watch birds outside her window or on the television, sensible, and won't start a wrestling match but can very certainly finish it.

Tiny, cute, and ready to rumble -- meet Thimbleina! The smallest in her litter, Thimbleina has come a long way from being a sick, malnourished kitten living outside to being a lively, curious, playful little girl who thinks size can be deceiving. She loves to wrestle and often wins, despite being smaller than the rest, and she's just as happy eating a treat as she is cuddling up with you or them.

If you're looking for a little gentleman in your life, Edward Scissorpaws is the kitten for you. The only boy in a litter of four, he has grown up with sisters galore, and loves to play, wrestle, and snuggle with all of them. With his pointed face and gorgeous markings, he looks more like a little fox than a tabby kitten, but don't let that fool you -- he loves a lap to cuddle on and will be interested in any food in your hand!

Found outside in a busy city neighborhood, Boo was lured by the delicious smells of chicken and salmon dry food, and became quite fond of his human snack dispensers -- and most other humans, too! Since coming inside, he has grown into a silly, sweet boy, always ready to play, or let you rub his head, or tell him what big paws he has!

Meridia is a longhaired, beautiful orange female kitten born April 20, 2026. This fluffy little girl may be a bit shy when you first meet her, but give her some time to settle in and her sweet personality will begin to shine. Meridia is gentle and playful, with a soft nature and a love for having feline friends around. Once she feels comfortable, she is affectionate and always ready for some fun. She especially enjoys the company of other kitties and loves to play with them. Meridia would do best with someone who understands that good friendships take a little time to grow and is willing to let her adjust at her own pace.

Muffin is a shorthaired, beautiful gray mackerel tabby female adult born January 31, 2025. This sweet girl is a little like her namesake—soft, comforting, and best enjoyed in a calm setting! Muffin is friendly but cautious and may need a little time to warm up before she lets her sweet personality come through. Once she feels safe, she is an affectionate little sweetheart who enjoys gentle attention and peaceful companionship. She is also a bit of a chatterbox and will give you a little meow when she has something to say. Muffin has impaired vision due to previous damage to both corneas. She underwent several months of treatment and has permanent corneal scarring, but she is a happy girl who gets around well in a familiar, calm environment.

Skinner and Joshua were dumped at the back of a dead end road.....we will never understand why people do what they do!

These sweet boys were thankfully seen and we were able to catch them. They are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together. Both are underfoot when you enter their room and they love to play. Fostered with other cats and do GREAT!

Joshua is a classic tabby with the swirl pattern on his body.....very handsome! He loves to rub on your legs and is very affectionate.

Skinner and Joshua were dumped at the back of a dead end road.....we will never understand why people do what they do!

Leo is a very affectionate and confident boy with a really unique tabby and white coat. He enjoys being held and in fact will reach up with his front paws to ask to be picked up. Leo LOVES to chase toys and anything crunchy like tin foil balls. He really helps his sister Cassiopeia be more confident and we are hoping to adopt them together.

Cassiopeia is a
gorgeous girl and has the most stunning black and white coat. She has come a long way in a very short time. While she was shy at first, she now has decided she loves being petted as well as playing with toys, especially anything with feathers. She gets a lot of comfort and confidence from her brother Leo and we think they both would have their best chance in life if adopted together. What a great pair these two are! Apprx birthdate is 5/20/26.

Lexi is a shorthaired, beautiful black female young adult born February 20, 2025. Lexi is a gentle, sweet girl who simply needs a little time to feel safe and let her personality shine. She is very shy at first and takes some patience to open up, but once she is comfortable, she has a sweet side to share and even enjoys having little conversations with her people. One of her favorite pastimes is relaxing by a window and watching the birds go by—she could happily spend hours enjoying her own little nature show! Lexi would do best with someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to let her come out of her shell at her own pace.
