Whisper has a gentle charm and a heart full of love waiting to steal your heart.Whisper is available foster to adopt. The Rescue is open 7 days a week for you to come and meet our pets! Walk-ins are welcome! In order to interact with them, you’ll need a simple questionnaire filled out.
