I am captain of the ping pong soccer team in my foster home. My favorite toys are ping pong balls, anything I can chase, and any toys I can carry around. When I am done playing, I am the first one into my foster mom’s lap. Hello! I’m KOALA (DOB ~06\22\2026), a female Seal Tortie Point Siamese mix. I got my name because the minute my foster mom saw me, she thought I looked just like a baby koala. I’m the smallest of the colony kittens and I am very bonded with RAVEN, so we must be adopted together. I love to play, follow my foster mom around my room, and snuggle with RAVEN, who “adopted” me when I first arrived in my foster home. I was very small and was wary of the bigger kittens, but RAVEN helped me by playing with me and not letting the bigger kittens be rough with me. Now I am big enough to hold my own with them and love playing “ping pong soccer” every night.

Hi! I’m RAVEN (DOB ~06\12\2026), a female black domestic shorthair. I’m sweet, smart, playful, and utterly devoted to my BFF KOALA! So we must be adopted together. I’ve been in a foster home since I was rescued from a cat colony as a young kitten. I love to play, especially with ping pong balls, toys that I can chase, and catnip toys. I love being in a lap, which is where you can find me after I am tired from playing. I “adopted” KOALA when she arrived at my foster home a few days after me and we bonded quickly. We love to play together and have very similar personalities. We can be found snuggling together during our daytime nap.

My story started when I arrived at a feral colony as a tiny, frightened stray. I wasn’t convinced humans could be trusted, but I was convinced dinner was worth showing up for. After about a week of patient care, I made an important discovery: people come with food AND affection. Wow.
Now I happily seek out attention, enjoy being petted, and like being held. I have an independent streak, too—I’m an affectionate little sidekick who still appreciates doing things his own way.
For example, I like to stand in my water bowl. You see drinking water. I see a tiny personal foot spa. Please respect my vision.
At about 3 months old, I’m neutered, vaccinated, healthy, and ready for my forever home. I’m looking for someone who will appreciate my sweet personality, wonderfully expressive face, and slightly unconventional approach to water bowls.
A family of my very own? Now THAT would be my biggest “wow” yet.

My brother, Jammie Dodger, and I showed up at a feral colony looking for food and safety. He decided people were pretty great fairly quickly. Me? I needed a little more convincing. For two weeks, I worked very hard to maintain my reputation as a spicy, independent girl who definitely, absolutely did NOT need cuddles.
Then I tried cuddles. My entire argument fell apart.
These days, I love being held, adore being petted, and consider your lap my personal happy place. Sometimes I’ll stretch right across my favorite human—because why settle for a little closeness when you could have all the closeness? I’m not shy about asking for affection, either. Those hands aren’t going to put themselves to work!
There’s just one thing that rivals my love of snuggles: FOOD. ️ If food had a fan club, I’d be the president, founding member, and official taste tester. Mealtime is a major event in my world, and snack time? Also a major event. I believe in celebrating the important things.
Behind my once-tough little exterior was a girl just waiting to feel safe enough to share her enormous heart. Now I’m ready for a forever home where I can bring the love, the laughs, and a very healthy enthusiasm for dinner.

Bringing a cat home to your dog
Tell the rescue about your dog: their size, age and energy. A cat who has lived with a calm dog may still be nervous around a bouncy puppy.
Introduce them slowly. Keep the cat in a room of their own for the first few days, swap bedding so they get used to each other's scent, and then let them meet with the dog on a leash.
