Meet Magpie! Small in size, BIG in personality! What My Foster Says About Me: Garfield and his siblings are adorable, social, cuddly kittens who were eager to explore and play right when I brought them home. Garfield is the first to want to settle down next to me, and has the most adorable meow when he's seeking attention. Once he finally tires out, he is cuddly, easily handled, and a total purr machine. He and his siblings are extremely social with humans - they are constantly chasing my feet, wanting to climb up to get attention, and walking all over my keyboard. They're also great with my friendly resident cat and calm 70-pound dog.

Ophelia is a lovely little lady searching for her prince, or better yet, her forever home. Rather than a tragic ending, she had more of a troubled start from a severe infection. Bringing a cat home to your dog
Tell the rescue about your dog: their size, age and energy. A cat who has lived with a calm dog may still be nervous around a bouncy puppy.
Introduce them slowly. Keep the cat in a room of their own for the first few days, swap bedding so they get used to each other's scent, and then let them meet with the dog on a leash.
Make sure the cat can always get somewhere the dog can't reach, and keep the litter box and food bowls out of the dog's way.
