Sweetie currently lives in a duplex with her foster mom along with 4 cats and 1 dog. I love humans, even though I hide from new ones. I'm sweet and affectionate with them, but I do like my space when it comes to other pets. I’ll let you know with a hiss if another animal gets too close... but I'm never aggressive! I wouldn't say I need to be an only pet... I just like to have a place to retreat.I've never been around dogs, though. Those are foreign to me. I'm also not a huge fan of young kids... too energetic for me.I am not litter box-trained: I don't remember to cover up after myself, so my litter box needs daily cleaning. I do use my scratching post, though. I’m happiest when I can be close to my people, and I absolutely love curling up on a human chest or shoulder for some quality cuddle time.Right now, I’m living with three other cats and a Labrador. My medication should keep my thyroid hormone levels in the normal range, and I’ll need a family who is committed to continuing my care. I’m very proud of my lustrous coat, and will need a bit of help keeping it free of mats with regular brushing. My dream home would give me plenty of room to roam, explore, nap, and play while also making sure I get lots of time with my people during the day (a work from home setup would be great!) and at night.
