23. Lord Fluffernut
Kitten (4 months 18 days) · Male · Domestic Medium Hair / Tabby / Mixed (medium coat)

INTRODUCING… LORD FLUFFERNUT
Please address him properly. His Lordship has arrived.
Lord Fluffernut is a distinguished tabby-and-white gentleman born around the end of April 2026, and he takes his duties as Lord of the Household very seriously. His responsibilities include inspecting every corner of the estate, supervising his human staff, keeping tabs on his siblings, and ensuring the treat supply is properly maintained.
Read more about Lord Fluffernut
He is clever, adventurous, and endlessly curious. The moment he arrived at his foster home with his sister, he was ready to conduct a full inspection of the premises. He loves discovering new places and finding creative ways to explore, and there always seems to be a new adventure happening when His Lordship is around.
Of course, no proper lord would neglect his subjects. Lord Fluffernut makes regular rounds to check in with his favorite humans, and when he decides it is time for affection, he’ll seek you out, look directly into your eyes, and give a soft little meow requesting to be picked up. Once settled into your arms, the royal purr begins immediately.
His Lordship is also quite social and enjoys the company of both humans and fellow felines. He loves chasing his siblings, playing with wand toys, and conducting important investigations involving the laser pointer.
And then there is the matter of refreshments. Lord Fluffernut is an enthusiastic connoisseur of cuisine and is happy to sample just about anything. Lickable treats, Greenies, and Vital Essentials Minnows are among his preferred offerings. His staff should consider this information very important.
He also has one particularly perplexing interest: the toilet. Despite being hilariously suspicious of water, Lord Fluffernut is fascinated by the mysterious phenomenon of the toilet flushing. A true scholar, he insists on observing the process personally.
Lord Fluffernut is litter trained and gets along wonderfully with cats, dogs, and children. He’s affectionate, playful, clever, and adventurous, with just enough independence to maintain his dignity.
He is currently accepting applications for a forever household. Suitable applicants should be prepared to provide comfortable sleeping quarters, regular entertainment, generous affection, and an acceptable supply of treats.
His Lordship will be reviewing applications
shortly.
James has been neutered, is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, is microchipped, litter trained and is negative for FIV/FeLV. If you are interested in adoption, visit Castaway Critters website to apply! https://www.castawaycritters.org/apply-to-adopt .

24. Lennox
Adult (2 years 2 months) · Male · Domestic Short Hair (short coat)

Hi, I'm Lennox!
I started out as a very scared boy, but once I realized I was safe, I discovered something important: I really, really like people. These days, I’m a certified snuggle bug who would much rather be hanging out with my favorite human than doing anything else.
I’m happiest when I’m following my foster Mom around to see what she’s up to. When she settles down I’m right there with her, usually curled up on her lap or stretched out on her chest. I do enjoy playing, but honestly, being close to my person is my favorite activity.
I also like other cats and enjoy having feline friends around.
Read more about Lennox
I’m still working on my cat-to-cat social skills, though. Sometimes I get so excited about making friends that I forget to pay attention to the other cat’s hints that they need a little space. I occasionally earn myself a swat for being a bit too enthusiastic, but I’m a friendly guy who is still learning the rules of cat etiquette.
I’ve also spent some time around a dog. I wasn’t particularly interested in becoming best friends with the dog, but I was able to avoid them without any drama. So a calm, respectful dog may be okay with me, but I’m definitely more interested in my human than in making friends with the canine members of the household.
My ideal home is one where I can have a person to follow around, a comfortable lap to curl up on, and plenty of opportunities for snuggles. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who wants to be wherever you are, I think we could be a pretty great match.
He is FIV/FELV negative, spayed and up to date on vaccines. If you're interested in a furever companion, please apply at www.castawaycritters.org/adopt.

25. Snowball
Adult (4 years 11 months) · Female · Domestic Short Hair (short coat)

Meet Snowball
Snowball is a sweet, sassy white kitty with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This affectionate little love bug has been through more than her share of challenges, but she continues to seek out comfort, companionship, and cozy places to snuggle.
Her Story
Snowball first came to the rescue very sick and pregnant. The stress and illness were too much for her, and she sadly lost her kittens. She remained ill for a long time and was eventually diagnosed with severe allergies that affect her eyes, nose, and occasionally her gums, while also making her very itchy.
She also arrived with stomatitis, a painful gum disease that led to the removal of all her teeth. Even so, Snowball has adapted well and still enjoys dry food.
Personality and Favorite Things
Despite everything she has endured, Snowball is full of affection. She loves to snuggle under blankets, nap beside her person, make biscuits on soft bedding, and nuzzle or rub up against you for attention.
She has a playful side, especially after a good nap, and enjoys using scratching posts or cardboard scratching pads. She is the perfect mix of cozy companion and spirited little character.
Care Needs
Read more about Snowball
Snowball requires daily allergy medicine, which is easiest to give in wet food.
She needs regular cleaning around her eyes, nose, and ears, as her allergies can cause crustiness even with medication.
She may be a little sassy during medicine time or grooming, so patience and gentle handling are important.
She needs an adopter who can provide attentive care and help keep her fluffy white fur clean and shiny.
Ideal Home
Snowball tolerates other cats but would prefer to be the only cat in the home. With the right patient and understanding adopter, she may eventually open up to a housemate or another animal friend.
Her ideal home is calm, loving, and patient, with someone who can give her the daily care she needs and the affection she deserves. In return, Snowball will reward her person with snuggles, biscuits, nuzzles, and plenty of love.If you think you are the right person to rescue this cute lovable white kitty, please complete an adoption application on our website. Snowball is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV/FELV. 26. Mabel
Adult (1 year 7 months) · Female · Domestic Short Hair (short coat)

Mabel would do best in a home with adults only or with older children as an only pet. She does currently reside in foster with other cats in the house but she gets stressed when they get too close. When she is the star of the show, she is happy, playful, and snuggly with her person. She was unfortunately left behind when her owner got evicted from their apartment and a kind neighbor brought her in. In the short few days that she was outside, she got pregnant. Mabel has since been spayed and is learning how to trust again after a confusing time for her. Are you willing to open up your home and heart to this sweet girl who deserves another chance with a family?

27. Brass Knuckles
Kitten (5 months 23 days) · Male · Tabby / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat)

Brass Knuckles was born on the inner-city streets of Harrisburg, where his mama was a legendary little spit-fire of a feral who had absolutely zero interest in raising soft kittens. She came in hot, raised her babies tough, and made sure every one of them got a street name to match their reputation.
And Brass Knuckles? Well… he has the name down. He's athletic. He's fast. He's smart. He's got serious playtime skills. He can throw himself into a wrestling match, launch into a full-speed kitten pursuit, and turn just about anything into a toy.
Read more about Brass Knuckles
But here's where things went terribly wrong for his street cred. Underneath that tough-guy name is a kitten who is sweet. Affectionate. Loving. And completely adorable.
That's right. The streets may have made him Brass Knuckles, but apparently they forgot to make him mean. Instead, they produced this gorgeous brown tabby boy who loves attention, loves to play, and has the kind of personality that makes you want to scoop him up and keep him forever.
He's got the looks.
He's got the brains.
He's got the athleticism.
He's got the street name.
And absolutely none of the attitude.
At four months old, Brass Knuckles is ready to leave his street life behind and move on to bigger things — like destroying cat toys, committing heinous acts of zoomies, stealing your spot on the couch, and becoming completely spoiled by his forever family. His mama may have prepared him for the streets but Brass Knuckles is ready for the penthouse.
He has been neutered, is up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, has been dewormed, is fully litter trained, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. If you are interested in adopting Brass Knuckles, apply at https://www.castawaycritters.org/apply-to-adopt .

30. Trina
Kitten (4 months 28 days) · Female · Siamese (short coat)

Hi, I am Trina! I am bonded with Trigger. I was found outside all by myself with a severe eye infection that has left me partially blind. I depend on Trigger to be my eyes, but don't let that deter you, I am full of life! I get excited to eat, I like to play and I snuggle with Trigger every chance I get!
I am a Siamese breed, and I have the prettiest fur. I am not your typical Siamese - I am very sweet and affectionate. My blindness does slow me down a little, but otherwise I am very healthy!
I will be available for adoption in August after a successful spay surgery. I am FIV/FELV negative, will be microchipped and fully vetted.

31. Hootie
Senior (10 years) · Male · Domestic Long Hair (long coat)

Well hello there! I am Hootie! You might have seen my story on social media. I have really had a long journey that wasn't all good. About 8 years ago, I was dumped and left behind by my family when they moved away. I had to fend for myself for 8 years outside, and I was not fixed so everyone in the neighborhood fought with me. I ended up being hit by a car, when a good Samaritan caught me and surrendered me to Castaway Critters.
Read more about Hootie
I have cauliflower ears, I have a bad tooth that is being managed, and I have some spots on my fur that will probably never grow back. However, my foster Mom tells me I am handsome and I believe it! I am not 100% used to humans yet, so I spend most of my day in my comfy chair. I like to look out the window, eat lots of wet food and take lots of naps. I only like a few minutes of human affection on my terms until I let you know that I have had enough.
I am friendly with other female cats, but would probably do best in a home with only one other female submissive cat or a home by myself. I am perfect for a senior companion, as I am at least 10 years old. I am looking for a place to just lay in a comfy spot, enjoy my snacks and enjoy the rest of my days.
I use my litter box religiously, I am neutered, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative and up to date on my vaccines. If you are interested in me, please apply at www.castawaycritters.org.

32. Choc
Young (9 months) · Female · Domestic Short Hair / Tuxedo / Mixed (short coat)

Most Tuxedo cats are black & white. This is a dainty dark tuxedo kitten with a deep espresso coat. Choc is as sweet as her name. She loves to follow her foster mom all over the house and stand up for head scrubs. She is doing very well with her leash training & has made several forays in the back yard. She is always up for a game and loves to show off what a great hunter she is. She has already charmed her older foster bothers taking turns with treats and brushing. She doesn't like to be held but will climb in your lap for pets. Choc is very neat in the food and litter areas.
Choc has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, has had age appropriate vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is litter trained. If you are interested in adopting, apply on the Castaway Critters official website at https://www.castawaycritters.org/apply-to-adopt .

Ella is a stunning tortoiseshell with soulful eyes, a gentle personality, and a playful side that comes out when she's feeling comfortable. She loves relaxing in sunny windows, curling up in her cat tree, chasing wand toys, and never turns down a Churu or Temptations treat.

35. Bryce
Adult (6 years 2 months) · Male · Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat)

Thank you for checking out Bryce! You can fill out an adoption application on our official website www.castawaycritters.org.
This handsome 6-year-old gentleman has a loving personality. Bryce warms up quickly into the sweetest companion, gently head-bumping his favorite humans to politely (okay, insistently) request pets and cuddles.
Bryce is the definition of laid-back. His favorite place? Curled up in bed with his human, soaking in the cozy vibes and keeping you company. Bonus points if you come prepared with his beloved squeezable treats—those are the fastest way to his heart!
Read more about Bryce
He enjoys a calm, chill environment where he can relax and be near his person. While he currently lives with other cats and coexists just fine, he’s more of an independent soul who appreciates his own space.
Dogs? He’s tried that once… and has officially decided it’s not his thing. Bryce would much rather stick to feline or human company. He’s done well with older, respectful children but would prefer a quieter home without lots of noise or chaos.
Bryce is up to date on vaccinations, has been neutered, microchipped, litter trained and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion with a gentle heart, a love for cozy bed snuggles, and the cutest little head boops, Bryce might just be your perfect match.
