1. Akca
2 Years · Female · British Shorthair

Akca is a beautiful white British shorthair who was rescued from a government shelter in Turkey. She had not been well cared for and she was pregnant. Luckily for her some very kind people rescued her. She had her babies, battled FIP (and won!), and dealt with some kitty colds. Her rescuers finally got her to the US and King Street Cats. She is now ready to find her forever home she is very sweet and docile. She would like to be your one and only. She would not do well with young children or a noisy house. After all she has been through she deserves to be the queen of the castle, a calm, quiet castle!

2. Sally
1 Year · Female · Calico

Hi, my name is Sally. I was rescued, got fully vetted, then was brought to KSC. I’m a friendly, curious girl and the caregivers tell me I’m beautiful. I would be fine as a single kitty with lots of attention or with a young male kitty. I’m excited to find a forever home and look forward to meeting you.
3. Matilda
2 Years 6 Months · Female · Calico

Hi, my name is Matilda. I was trying to eat at a community colony but other cats chased me away. The feeder at the colony noticed and brought me to KSC who got me vetted. I’m a quiet girl who loves other cats but I’m not a lap kitty. I like to have my own space and keep my paws on the ground.
4. Foxey
2 Years 1 Month · Female · Domestic Short Hair

Hi I’m Foxy. I didn’t have the best start to my life. My previous person left me behind with other pets when they moved. Lucky for me a kind person got me to King Street Cats. KSC has promised to find me a forever home where I can feel safe and loved. I absolutely love people, especially when they tell me how pretty I am! I think I would be fine with another cat but no dogs please. There was one in my former home but I was scared of him. I also would prefer a quieter home, too much commotion also scares me.
Please come meet me. I promise you will fall in love and want to adopt me!

5. Able
6 Months · Male · Domestic Short Hair

If waking up to snuggles and sweet, scratchy kitten kisses sounds like your idea of a perfect morning, then Able may be your guy!
Able has come a long way in his short life. He was born outside, but you’d never know it now — he has completely embraced the safe, cozy indoor life and has no intention of looking back! He absolutely loves playing with his foster brothers and sister, so his new home
must have another young, playful kitty
to keep him company.
Read more about Able
Able is a bundle of fun with plenty of energy to burn. Bring out the teaser toy or laser pointer and watch him go! He’s quite the little athlete and takes his playtime very seriously. Of course, all that hard work requires compensation… preferably in the form of treats.
When playtime is over, Able is happy to switch gears and show off his softer side. He is loving, affectionate, and always ready for some quality cuddle time with his people. He would do well in a home with cat-friendly dogs and older children who understand how to be gentle with a kitten.
With his playful personality, affectionate nature, and impressive snuggle skills, Able is ready to leave his foster home behind and become someone’s very special companion. Could you be his forever family?

6. Mojave
4 Months 24 Days · Female · Domestic Short Hair

Mojave, along with her siblings Gobi and Kalahari, are the official Desert Kittens™, so named because their mom resembled a sand cat. However, they could just as easily have been the Dessert Kittens given how unbelievably sweet they are (also taking after their mom)! A slight and silky tabby, Mojave loves balancing her skritches and snuggles with household adventures. Like her siblings, she is confident in new surroundings, loves playing with all the toys she can get her paws on, and eager to make new friends (two-legged and four). Mojave looks forward to delighting her furever family for many years to come! Mojave needs a feline friend in her forever home.

However, they could just as easily have been the Dessert Kittens given how unbelievably sweet they are (also taking after their mom)! As a medium floof with a loud purr motor, Kalahari offers an immersive snuggle experience and enjoys laying in your arms and receiving gentle belly pets (perhaps so she can show off her two orange spots). Like her siblings, she is confident in new surroundings, loves playing with all the toys she can get her paws on, and eager to make new friends (two-legged and four). Kalahari will definitely enrich the lives (and local geography) of her furever family! Kalahari needs a feline friend in her forever home.

Gobi is a gentle boy, who loves to nuzzle and purr in your ear as well as lounge on his back in your arms for some belly pets. to prove it! She loves being petted… but only when

Read more about Verna
She’s super playful, endlessly entertaining, and always ready for her next adventure — especially if food is involved. Verna has no problem helping herself to her siblings’ meals, often attempting to finish their bowls before they even realize she’s moved in! 11. Marcella
6 Months · Female · Domestic Short Hair

Don’t let the fact that Marcella was the runt fool you — she may be the smallest, but she has the
biggest personality and an even bigger heart
. She’s a professional snuggler who wants to be picked up, loved on, and as close to you as possible. Getting to sleep, however, requires surviving a few trips across your face first.
She kneads, licks your face, and loves to suckle on a shirt or blanket when she’s feeling cozy and secure. Equal parts silly, mischievous, playful, and affectionate, Marcella marches to the beat of her own drum — and she wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

Sadly, I had never been to a vet so that was the first thing on my agenda.

Hi I’m Chuckie from the Rugrats litter. I originally came to KSC as a kitten with my siblings. We grew up in a foster home and all got adopted to our forever homes. Unfortunately my new big sister was not a fan of having me around. My person tried everything to get her to accept me but was not successful so had no option but to return me to KSC. It was a little confusing being at the shelter but I’m over it and looking for my next adventure.
If you are looking for a sleek panther to join your family, I am your guy. I would be fine as an only kitty or with a sibling. However, I think this time, I would prefer a brother who will play with me!

33. Pisco & Martini
7 Months · Domestic Short Hair

Meet Martini (AKA Mr. Personality)
Martini is an eye-catching gray and white male tabby with crisp white accents. His signature feature? A big, round gray spot right on his chest that looks exactly like an olive in a glass (plus a second "olive" on his leg!).
•
Personality:
Confident, curious, and deeply affectionate. Martini loves people and is never shy about asking for love, he’ll lock eyes with you and vocalize until you scoop him up for dedicated lap time.
•
Special Skills:
Read more about Pisco & Martini
Martini serves as a self-appointed executive assistant to his foster mom, happily snoozing on her desk or lap while she works. (His favorite "office supplies" are pens, which double as his favorite toys!)
Meet Pisco (The Gentle Sweetheart)
Pisco is a classic beauty—a striking gray and white female tabby with neat white markings on her face, legs, and paws. She offers the perfect balance of fun and sweetness without any chaotic "crazy kitten" energy.
•
Personality:
Pisco is thoroughly socialized, unfazed by daily household activity, and easily holds her own in play sessions with her brother. When playtime winds down, her ultra-sweet side shines through—she will literally melt into a purring puddle when you scratch her neck and ears.
•
Special Skills:
Master of the "kitten stack." On sunny afternoons, you will almost always find Pisco piled high with Martini in a window perch, snoozing soundly in one big, tangled cuddle stack.
Why They Belong Together
•
Double the Look:
Martini and Pisco look almost like identical twins, bringing double the sleek gray-and-white elegance to your home!
•
Built-in Best Friends:
Growing up together in foster care has made them lifelong partners-in-crime. They keep each other entertained, chase each other during playtime, and snuggle up together for naps.
•
Pro Socializers:
They have both successfully charmed our two cranky resident adult cats and love hanging out with the whole furry family.
Manners & Ideal Home
Both kittens are an absolute breeze to care for:
•
Flawless Habits:
Excellent sleepers, enthusiastic eaters, and flawless litter box etiquette.
•
Home Ready:
Comfortable around household sounds, busy routines, and other pets.
Martini and Pisco would thrive in almost any loving home—whether you work from home and need a couple of furry desk assistants, or simply want a pair of affectionate, playful, and well-behaved companions to complete your family. They would not do well with young children.
Martini and Pisco are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and ready to move into their forever home together!

Hola, mi nombre es Ringo. Mi hermana, Georgia, y yo vinimos a King Street Cats desde Roatán, Honduras. Es un placer conocerte. Fue un largo viaje para llegar aquí.
Hello, my name is Ringo. My sister and I came to King Street Cats from Roatán, Honduras. It’s a pleasure to meet you. It was a long journey to get here.
If you have a minute, I would like to tell you a little bit about us. Georgia and I were rescued by the kind people in Roatan. They immediately knew we were special and reached out to King Street Cats to see if they could help us. Of course, they said yes!
We are both CH (cerebellar hypoplasia) kitties

. We are just a little wobbly though.
I (Ringo) also have something called “focal seizures”. I’ve seen several doctors and specialists, and everyone says that the seizures are “idiopathic”. Just a fancy way of saying they don’t know what is causing the problem. I will always be on medicine, but I don’t mind and take it very easily.
None of this slows me down! I can play like crazy with toys and my foster friends, but my most favorite thing is to climb into laps! I am told I sound like a diesel when I purr. Georgia is a spunky girl who rarely sits still! She loves to zoom all around playing with toys (see attached video).
Now we are looking for our forever family. We love people and other kitties so I know there is the perfect family out there who will overlook our impurrfections.
Happily yours,

Applications go through an approval process. We help match the cat with each family according to home environment and lifestyle. Some adult cats may be adopted singly, but we prefer to adopt out kittens in pairs unless adopters have a playful cat or dog already in residence to keep the kitten company. Once a cat is adopted an adoption contract is completed. King Street Cats asks for a $125 non-refundable adoption fee to adopt a cat or kitten, or $225 to adopt two. All cats has been to a vet and tested for FELV/FIV. Adult cats are up-to-date on vaccinations. Kittens will have had vaccinations appropriate for their age. All cats & kittens are spayed or neutered before they are placed for adoption.
