Meet Arthur:

After surviving alone outside, Arthur could “meow” quite a tale, and yet he’s surprisingly sweet and spry! He LOVES making feline friends, running, jumping and leaping about, chasing wand toys and cat springs, and exploring the shelter. Now this most kissable of kittens hopes to live happily ever after in an adoring fur-ever home.
