Kloe Pepper

Date of birth: 3/15/2019 | Meet Kloe! Kloe's story began outdoors, but she always knew she was meant to be a cherished indoor companion. Back when she was living as a stray, she would run up to her fosters every evening with hopeful meows that clearly said, "I'm ready for love." Once given the chance to step inside, Kloe quickly embraced the comfort of a safe, warm home. She is a low-maintenance, polite girl who simply loves being in the same room as her favorite human. She respects your sleep and will never wake you in the middle of the night—though the moment your morning alarm goes off, she'll trot into the bedroom with a sweet "good morning!" meow.

Kloe's affectionate style is calm and gentle. She loves to sit nearby and will come over for soft head-butts, gentle nuzzles, and quiet purrs. While she tolerates brief lifts, she prefers keeping her paws on the ground. She can be startled by fast hand movements, so a calm, quiet home with patient humans is where she will truly thrive. Kloe's Highlights & Quirks: • Kitchen Sous-Chef: Loves sitting in the kitchen, weaving around your legs and soft-meowing to "help" prepare dinner. • Food Motivation: A total sucker for tasty treats and wet food! • Affection Style: Low-key companion; prefers cozy proximity over being held. With a little time, gentle hands, and routine, Kloe will blossom into an endlessly devoted companion who brings warmth to every corner of your home.
