Merit

My name is Merit. Not only am I irresistibly cute, I’m also very smart! I’ll admit it—I was shy, but I’m working on turning up the volume on my purr. I’m definitely food motivated, and I know exactly who has the treats. Keep a few treats handy, and we’ll likely become good friends in no time! I’m comfortable with lap sitting. When it comes to playtime, though, I’m all in! I love my toys and play full-out every day. Give me a little patience, some tasty treats, and plenty of playtime, and you’ll have a very special companion.Merit has tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia. She is spayed, microchipped, and current on her vaccinations.Visit www.pawsforlifenc.org to submit your application to adopt.
