Misty

Misty is a bit shy at first but warms up when offered a wand for play and when she's with her best friend, Car Wash. They are not litter mates, but were raised together in foster care. They love to play together constantly and when it comes time to rest, they can often be found together.Misty was trapped with her mother right here in Hermann near the upper city park. She was one of four kittens a local resident noticed along with their mother hanging around their detached garage. Three of the kittens disappeared in a short time, leaving only Misty and mama to fend for themselves. The locals have become fond of seeing the young mama cat and it is friendly with their indoor/outdoor cat so they would like it returned after its vetting, but Misty will be put up for adoption after she's old enough to be spayed, received all of her shots and microchipped.

For now she remains in foster care adjusting to life inside where she can recover and not worry about predators she may encounter in the outdoors.Misty did well in foster care for the time her mother was with her, but grew lonely and withdrawn with out her. That's when Car Wash came to foster care as well. Car Wash drew her out and became her constant playmate and now she is very well adjusted.
