Spring

Spring is a beautiful black 10 month old kitty with the softest fur and a tender heart. She's having a hard time adjusting to the shelter life and you may find her huddled in the back of the cage frightened by all the scary noises and doing her best to stay out of sight. But this sweet girl has a special secret. While she may greet you with a soft hiss, a slow approach and a gentle touch can reveal the loving kitty hiding beneath her fears. Give her a little time and you may be surprised to see her gradually lean into gentle pets. As trust grows, she may even stretch out to let you know she's ready for more. And those little hisses may give way to the sweetest purrs.

Spring will do best in a quiet home without children and with someone who will let her blossom at her own pace. Give this lovely girl the time and kindness she needs, and you will discover that earning her trust is the most rewarding gift of all.
