1. Ulan
Kitten · Male · Domestic Short Hair · 9 mi from Woodmoor

Meow there! My name is Ulan, and I'm a handsome little orange gentleman born on 4 June 2026! I may have had a rough start in life, but that hasn't stopped me from having the biggest heart and the sweetest personality. I've been through quite a bit for such a little guy, including receiving treatment for an eye injury. Thankfully, my eye has healed and doesn't cause me any pain or irritation. Now, I'm ready to put those difficult days behind me and find the loving forever home I deserve! I'm the purrfect mix of playful and cuddly! I love being showered with pets, curling up in a warm lap, and spending quality time with my favorite humans.

Whether we're playing together or enjoying a cozy afternoon snuggle, I'm happiest when I'm surrounded by love. And despite what you may have heard about orange cats, I promise I'm not all mischief and chaos! I'm actually a sweet, gentle little soul who just wants to feel safe, loved, and cherished. I've already overcome so much in my short life, and now I'm ready for my next chapter, one filled with cozy naps, endless cuddles, yummy treats, and a family to call my very own.
2. Vroom Kaboom
Kitten · Male · Domestic Short Hair · 9 mi from Woodmoor

Hi, I'm Vroom Kaboom! With a name like mine, you might expect me to come racing into the room at full speed with a little kaboom of chaos behind me... but I'm actually a very sweet, gentle guy who just needed a little time to learn that people can be pretty wonderful. I am a short haired grey tabby and white male born approximately 5/02/2026. I came to Wild Blue Cats with my siblings, but I was a little more fearful than the others at first, so I spent some extra time building my confidence and learning to trust. I may give a soft hiss when I'm unsure, but once I realize you're a friend, my sweet side comes right out! I've discovered that I really enjoy pets, scratches, belly rubs, and plenty of attention.

I've even been known to lick hands once I'm feeling comfortable. Churu treats are definitely one of the fastest ways to my heart, and as my confidence has grown, I've started showing off my playful side too! I especially enjoy wand and laser toys, and I've come a long way from the shy kitty I was when I first arrived.
I think I'd do well in a family with respectful teenagers, another feline friend, or even a calm doggie buddy, as long as you follow Wild Blue's introduction procedures. I'm looking for a patient, loving family who will give me some time to settle in and continue helping my confidence grow. Once my engine gets warmed up, there's a whole lot of sweetness, purrs, love, and playfulness under the hood. Give me a chance, and Vroom Kaboom might just zoom straight into your heart! If you would like to meet me, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt. I'll be waiting with a happy heart and a loud purr!

4. Uoda
Kitten · Female · Domestic Short Hair · 9 mi from Woodmoor

Meow there! My name is Uoda, and I'm a beautiful brown tabby girl born on July 2, 2026. I may be little, but I've got a BIG personality, adorable stripes, and just the right amount of mischief! My story didn't start out as happily as every kitten deserves. I was born into a world where space and resources were limited, making it hard for me to grow up healthy and strong. But thanks to rescue, I got a second chance to heal, blossom, and become the fabulous little striped menace to society I was always meant to be! These days, I'm busy perfecting the art of kittenhood! My favorite activities include lounging in squishy beds, chasing wand toys until my human's arm begs for a break, and batting around those wonderful jingly, rolly toys.

I have two speeds: zoomies at full throttle and professional-level napping! I'll race, bounce, pounce, and play my little heart out before curling up for a well-earned snooze. My dream home will have loving humans and furry companions to share my adventures with. After all, a girl needs friends to help her stir up a little harmless trouble! I haven't met any dogs while in foster care, so any canine introductions will need to be slow and follow the Wild Blue Cats guidelines.
5. Francine Delacroix
Adult · Female · Domestic Medium Hair · 9 mi from Woodmoor

Hi, I'm Francine Delacroix! I'm a sweet, medium haired brown tabby female born approximately 2/02/2025 and I am a chatty little lady with a whole lot of love to give. I absolutely adore attention, chin scritches, cuddles, being held, and spending time with my people. I have a very unique little meow, and when I want something, you can bet I'll tell you all about it! Before coming to Wild Blue Cats, I was an indoor/outdoor farm girl and a dedicated mama to my kittens. Now that my mama days are behind me, I'm ready to be the one getting spoiled!
I'd love a home where I have room to explore, and an outdoor catio or other secure enclosure would be especially wonderful for a girl like me.

I'm a total sweetheart, but I do like affection on my own terms. I may not immediately climb into your lap on day one, but give me a little time and I can absolutely ease into becoming a lap girl. I've been known to happily snuggle against your chest, hang out over your shoulder, and soak up all the love. I also enjoy scratching posts, Icelandic sprat treats, and I'm just beginning to discover how fun toys can be; kick sticks seem pretty interesting!
Please note: my tummy needs a little extra care, so I'm on a special diet to keep me feeling my best. I cannot have any chicken ingredient or Churu treats, and I eat specific wet and dry foods that agree with my sensitive tummy. I also get probiotics mixed into my wet food twice a day. It's a simple routine that helps keep me happy and comfortable. Traveling isn't exactly my favorite hobby, either. I sometimes wear a diaper in my carrier just in case, and I seem much happier in a carrier that lets me stand up, look around, and get reassuring pets while still staying safely contained.
I think I'd do well in a family with respectful teenagers, another feline friend, or even a doggie buddy, as long as you follow Wild Blue's introduction procedures. I'm a bundle of love who simply wants a family of my own, plenty of attention, some adventures to explore, and a whole lot of chin scritches. If you're looking for a loving, talkative, affectionate girl with plenty of personality, I might just be your lady! If so, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt. I'll be waiting with a happy heart and a loud purr!

6. Yan Yan
Young · Female · Domestic Short Hair · 9 mi from Woodmoor

Hi, I'm Yan Yan! I'm a beautiful female with short hair and brown tabby markings born approximately 9/15/2025. I'm a sweet, confident little lady who is ready to find my forever family! My journey to Wild Blue Cats started a little differently than most. My friends and I were part of a TNR situation and were brought to HSPPR to be spayed/neutered and returned to our feeder. Unfortunately, the feeder's HOA would no longer allow them to continue feeding the outdoor kitties, so we couldn't go back. HSPPR wasn't able to keep us either, and thankfully Wild Blue Cats stepped in to give us a safe place to land.

It turns out we're very friendly kitties, so now instead of returning outdoors, we get the chance to find loving indoor homes of our very own! I've been described as super sweet, brave, friendly, and the boldest of our trio! I love attention and enjoy full body pets, wand toys, and yummy Churu treats. I can even be picked up and held! I've got a fun little independent streak, too. I enjoy being loved on when I'm in the mood, but I'm also perfectly happy doing my own thing and don't always need to be sitting in your lap. I can be a little feisty and playful sometimes, which just adds to my personality!
I think I'd do well in a family with respectful teenagers, another feline friend, or even a doggie buddy, as long as you follow Wild Blue's introduction procedures. If you're looking for a sweet, confident girl with just the right mix of affection, independence, and sass, I may be the one for you! If so, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt. I'll be waiting with a happy heart and a loud purr!
7. Troia
Senior · Female · Domestic Short Hair · 9 mi from Woodmoor

Hi, I'm Troia, a beautiful Dilute Tortie girl with a sweet heart and a personality that takes a little time to get to know. I may be a bit reserved at first, but once I feel comfortable, you'll get to see what a loving girl I really am. I was born approximately 8/26/2015, and I came to Wild Blue Cats after my owner was moved to assisted living and could no longer keep me. My family tried to find a place where I could stay, but I wasn't comfortable around young children, so they made the difficult decision to surrender me in hopes of finding a home that is a better fit for me.
Since arriving, I've been showing everyone that there is a very sweet kitty underneath my initial shyness.
Read more about Troia
I've learned to enjoy pets, especially when you let me approach things at my own pace. I can be sensitive to too much stimulation, so I'm looking for someone who will pay attention to my body language and respect when I need a little space. When I'm comfortable, though, I can be quite the lovebug! I've enjoyed lap time, purring, cuddling up with my people, and even giving sweet little face and body rubs. I would prefer to be your one and only kitty. I'd love having all the attention to myself and a peaceful home where I can relax and feel secure. A doggie buddy may be possible as long as introductions are done slowly and properly, following Wild Blue Cats' introduction procedures. Because I'm a sensitive girl, I'm looking for a quiet home with respectful teenagers or adults who can understand and read my body language. I would not be a good fit for a home with young children.
I've already made so much progress, and I'm ready for someone who will be patient with me, let me blossom at my own pace, and appreciate all the sweetness I have to give. Maybe you're the person I've been waiting for. If so, please fill out an adoption application at www.wbcats.org/adopt. I'll be waiting with a happy heart and a loud purr!

Hi, I'm Vandham! I am a short haired grey male born approximately 4/29/2026. I'm one of the more cautious members of my kitten family, and I'm looking for someone special who understands that building trust can take a little time. New people and situations can still make me nervous, so I often feel safest tucked into my favorite window where I can watch everything happening around me. Even though I'm shy, I've made progress! I've allowed gentle pets, tolerated being picked up, and shown curiosity about wand toys even when I wasn't brave enough to fully join the game. Sometimes I'll sit quietly and observe instead, taking everything in before deciding what I'm comfortable with.

With patient, consistent kindness, I have every opportunity to become an even more confident and loving companion.
My journey to Wild Blue Cats began in a TNR situation in Colorado Springs, where there were too many outdoor colony cats for the owner to care for. I'm a sensitive little soul who likes to take my time getting comfortable with new people and new situations. Once I feel safe, I've enjoyed lots of pets, sitting in a lap, and even purring while being loved on. I'm generally much more interested in quiet snuggles and naps than being the center of attention.

Adult · Male · Domestic Short Hair · 9 mi from Woodmoor

Hi! My name is Wacky Run! I'm a handsome short haired brown tabby with white male, born approximately 9/29/2023. I came to Wild Blue Cats after being transferred from Texas. I'm a sweet, sensitive guy who sometimes needs a little time to decide that everything around me is safe. But give me some patience, yummy treats, and gentle attention, and you'll start seeing my adorable personality shine through!
I really do enjoy affection once I'm comfortable.

I love pets, butt scratches, Churu, and tasty treats, and I've become brave enough to venture out and join in on the fun when I'm feeling confident. I'm also quite good at watching what my best buddy Wartile does first and then deciding, "Okay...maybe I can do that too!" Wartile means the world to me, and we will happily tell you all about our excitement while we wait for our meals. That's the one time I'm not shy about making my voice heard. I absolutely LOVE my wet food, and I can be very talkative when I know it's coming.
Wartile and I are bonded and we must be adopted together. I love following him around, playing alongside him, and having him nearby as my source of comfort and confidence. Wherever Wartile goes, there's a good chance I won't be too far behind! And don't let my shy side fool you, Wartile and I can be a mischievous pair when we put our heads together! We like to team up for our little adventures, explore together, and occasionally make you wonder what exactly the two of us are plotting. I may be cautious on my own, but with Wartile by my side, I'm much braver, and apparently much more willing to participate in whatever scheme we've come up with!
I think we'd do well in a family with respectful teenagers, another feline friend, or even a doggie buddy, as long as you follow Wild Blue's introduction procedures. If you have room in your heart and home for two best friends, Wartile and I would love a patient family who will let us settle in at our own pace and enjoy all the sweetness, silliness, dinner time conversations, and adventures we have to offer. Meow! I'm Roose, I am an active short haired white male with black markings, born approximately 3/22/2021. I am shy with strangers at first, but I quickly turn on my charm the moment you share some chin rubs. Then, all I want is love and attention! I love giving you hugs and kisses and head-bonks! I'll meow excitedly for wet food and treats, and I am very playful as well! ! like to play almost as much as I love to snuggle. Sometimes I can get a little too playful and overstimulated, so don't pet and play with me at the same time and I'll do fine. I LOVE to play with Da'-Bird wand toy (that's my favorite toy) and I appreciate the exercise! When I am comfortable and confident in you, I am ok being held but I prefer lap time.

I need a family who has the time to play and regularly share love with me, as l need that frequent reassurance that you are my person.
I was originally adopted from Wild Blue Cats in 2023 and eventually found my way back. I've previously lived with both cats and a dog and was able to peacefully share my space with them. I think I could do well with another feline friend or even a respectful doggie buddy, as long as Wild Blue Cats' introduction procedures are followed and I'm given plenty of time to adjust. I prefer a calmer home because loud noises can make me nervous. Respectful teenagers who understand my body language would be a great fit for me, but no young children, please.
There's something else that makes me extra special. I don't have any teeth. Because of this, I need wet pâté food mixed well with water into a soupy consistency so I can comfortably eat my meals. I may drool a little more than the average kitty too, but that's just part of my charm! I'm an affectionate guy who just needs someone willing to give me a little time to feel safe. I also have a playful, mischievous side. I love spring toys, crinkle balls, wand toys! I enjoy climbing up high on cat trees, lounging on soft blankets, and scratching away on mats. I don't mind being brushed, which helps keep me looking my best.
Because I can get overstimulated at times, I appreciate having my own space when I need a break. My favorite spot lately in snuggled under a pile of blankets. States. She gets along with calm, gentle dogs and is good friends with
the male cat in her foster home. However, she does not get along with
the resident female cat. She loves to be up high and does best when she
can have specific areas designated as her own special spots. Lady Himi has a sensitive stomach and has done very well on Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein or similar hypoallergenic food. Lady Himi is looking for someone who will understand her soft and steady love. She loves quietly and deliberately,
saving her deepest devotion for the person who makes her feel safe.

19. Astro Boy
Adult (1 year 6 months) · Male · Domestic Short Hair · 9 mi from Woodmoor

Hi, I'm Astro Boy! I'm a handsome, short-haired grey tabby male, born around 4/20/2025. I'm looking for a family who doesn't mind that my version of "potty trained" is still a work in progress, and is willing to overlook a few bathroom bloopers in exchange for unlimited affection and can appreciate my very fashionable diaper collection.
I can be a little shy when we first meet, but once I warm up, I'm incredibly friendly and affectionate. I absolutely love being held and carried around like a baby, and I'm happiest when I'm curled up snuggling with my kitty friends or chasing toys around the house.

I get along great with other cats and would love a feline buddy in my forever home! One of my favorite hobbies is playing "soccer" with balls. I also love wet food, Churu treats, and pretty much any snack you're willing to share with a growing boy like me. I've been through a lot for such a young kitten. After coming to Wild Blue Cats from Roswell, NM, I was diagnosed with FIP, but the good news is I was successfully treated and am now doing well! Unfortunately, the FIP left me with some nerve damage, and I no longer have full control over my bowels. I do try to use the litter box, but my timing isn't always right, so I wear diapers to help keep me comfortable and my home clean. I handle diaper changes pretty well overall, though sometimes I like to voice my opinions about them. A guy's gotta have standards, after all!
I'm not much of a daredevil when it comes to jumping onto high counters, but I do love sunny windows, cat trees, climbing, and exploring. Because I enjoy climbing, I may occasionally use your furniture as part of my adventure course, so sturdy scratching posts and easy ways to access my favorite spots will help keep me happy.

20. Double Mini
Adult (2 years 2 months) · Female · Domestic Medium Hair · 9 mi from Woodmoor

Hi! My name is Double Mini. The "Double" is for my extra big heart and the "Mini" is because great things like me come in pint size packages! I'm a beautiful Lynx Point Siamese girl, born in a colony in Peyton, CO in August 2024. My family was taken in by Wild Blue, where it was soon discovered that all of us had serious heart defects. They weren't sure I'd even make it, but I'm a fighter, and now at 1 and half years-old I am their little miracle.
I'm playful and smart as a whip. Whatever you're working on I will be right by your side wanting in on the action. I can play by myself from time to time - I love toss toys, small balls, and kick toys full of catnip.

I've recently started fetching these items in exchange for treats. I enjoy the occasional wrestle with another gentle cat or chasing a wand toy or laser. I'm as rambunctious and athletic as any young cat, but I get winded quickly and I need my family to be mindful of my heart rate to make sure I don't overdo it. My foster family can teach you how to monitor my respiration rate. When it's bedtime, I love to curl up behind my favorite person's knees and cuddle in for the whole night. I'm too busy to be a lap cat, but I do love to be carried around on your arm like the queen that I am.
I tolerate short times alone, but prefer following beside my favorite person or lounging quietly near a gentle kitty friend. Because I love being with my people and am naturally curious, I love exploring outside from the safety of an enclosed catio or a secure cat backpack. My foster family keeps my open backpack next to the door and when I want to go out I tell them by hopping in. Any other outside exposure is unsafe for me and should not even be considered. If I can't safely go out with you, I will settle for a hammock in the window where I can chitter at birds and soak up the sun.
Double Mini's VSD/enlarged heart condition requires daily attention. She has morning and evening medications, which she takes like a champ, that need to be given on a consistent schedule. Her feeding schedule is a bit unique also, and she gets nippy when hungry. Mini needs a family where someone either works from home or stays home full time, and has limited travel requirements. A calm home with a reliable schedule is also a must. Mini sees a veterinary cardiologist every 6 months and her family will need to continue this consistent support. Mini is unable to be surgically spayed and instead uses an implant which will need to be replaced every 6 to 12months to control her heat cycle. She cannot receive veterinary dental care, so she is learning to have her teeth brushed to maintain her health. She is great about having her claws trimmed, using vertical and horizontal scratchers and using the litter box. With your consideration, only families without dogs, unfixed male cats, or small children may apply.
My foster mom says that I'm truly a one-of-a-kind cat, and the best little friend - worth every extra effort. If you have the ability to put in that extra effort and care, and think I may be your soul cat, please fill out an adoption application and make an appointment with Wild Blue. I'd love to meet you in my foster home to find out if you're my forever human.

How to adopt from Evergreen Animal Protective League
THE FIRST STEP to adopting an EAPL animal is to fill out a DOG ADOPTION APPLICATION. EAPL is a foster-based rescue. We do not have a shelter facility where applicants can come look at multiple animals at one time. All of our animals are in foster homes that range from Denver, to Evergreen, to Northeast Colorado - where they are loved and cared for until they are placed in a forever home. The adoption process begins when you complete an online Adoption Application, naming either one or a few of our Available Animals or providing a description of the type of animal you hope to adopt. Completing an application does not restrict you to a specific animal, nor does it obligate you to adopt. Once we have received your application and determined that you are a good match for the requested animal, we will contact you. The foster parent will then contact you to arrange a time for you to meet the animal, at which time you can decide if you would like to complete the adoption. You may be asked to visit the animal more than once before taking it home. After your initial meeting with the animal, one of our volunteers will conduct a home visit. This may occur before you take the animal home or when the animal is delivered to you. Once the adoption is approved, you will need to complete our Preliminary Adoption Agreement and pay the adoption fee. We will keep in contact over the next few days to make sure everyone is happy. If so, we will mail out an official Adoption Contract for

Adopting a cat in Woodmoor
Most rescues ask you to fill in an application, meet the cat, and pay an adoption fee that usually covers spaying or neutering, vaccinations and a microchip. Many are foster-based, so you'll often meet your cat in a volunteer's home rather than a shelter.
Senior cats are often the calmest companions and the slowest to find homes. If you'd like a settled, affectionate cat, ask the rescues about their older residents.
Kittens go quickly, especially in spring and summer. If you've fallen for one, contact the rescue soon, and think about adopting two: young cats keep each other company and out of mischief.
