Griffin is the type of cat that anyone could love, but he is looking for a home with someone who can see how unique he is! With his devilish good looks, this "Brooklyn Blue" is a boroughbred sweetheart with a confident attitude, who is ready to melt into your bed or couch to keep you company, will make an appearance on the Zoom call, and is chill with other cats and dogs. He is a playful guy with a sporty streak, so get ready for lots of playtime to keep him entertained. But after a workout, he's ready to chill out with you and keep you warm all winter long.

In September, Griffin trotted up to one of our rescuers who was holding an open cat treat after a rescue in Brownsville and said "yes please" and "thank you" as he climbed their leg to get the snack. With that brazen introduction, we knew unequivocally that this guy wanted to live the good life indoors. We quickly scooped him into a carrier and got him to safety, where he housed many cans of food and made himself comfy, and we intend to give him a future of only that life moving forward.
Griffin is approximately 2 years old, neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He is negative for FeLV and FIV. He has been dewormed and treated for fleas.

2. Finley
Finley is the calmest, sweetest cat you could find. He is a cuddly boy who has a dream of a purr, likes play time and pets, and of course, any treats and snacks you want to give to him. He is a perfect cat for the household ready to bring on a first or second cat, and is a mature, elegant, yet goofy addition to the family. His foster says he is the chillest cat she's ever had, and we believe he'd do well in a household with kids, cats, or dogs, given the proper introductions.

This October, Finley showed up to a managed and TNR'd feral colony in Crown Heights, and made it known that he did not belong on the streets, following their regular caretaker with a polite but insistent meow requesting to come indoors. When he followed one of our rescuers back to their apartment door, we had no choice but to scoop him up and settle him back into the luxury and comfort he was accustomed to. We are so relieved he won't have to spend a hard winter on the streets, and delighted to give him a temporary spot to clean his crisp white socks while he waits for his person to come along.
Finley is approximately 4 years old, neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He is negative for FeLV and FIV. He has been dewormed and treated for fleas.

3. Rosetta
Meet Rosetta, a very friendly, sweet, affectionate cat who is ready for a loving human who wants a great companion. This girl was rescued from the street and has quickly shown us how wonderful she is - a friendly, easy cat to handle and cuddle. She loves attention and petting and has the makings of a true lap cat.

4. Echo Beach
Super cute, petite little Echo Beach is a lovely kitten who is happy to be safe and sound indoors. She was rescued from outside in Canarsie, where we sadly found that a raccoon had gotten to all her siblings. But Echo Beach made it and she's a friendly little girl despite her sad start.
This angel is playful, affectionate and ready for a wonderful home. She is currently with a shyer kitten and showing her how to be more confident! She would be great with another playful cat or kitten, including the one she is currently rooming with, Daphne, listed separately. What an adorable little girl!

Meet Toby! This gorgeous, stunning boy loves attention and petting. He is such a lovebug and will make a perfect couch potato and be your BFF. Rescued as a sweet, friendly cat on the streets of Canarsie, luckily he was picked up by a lovely rescuer who asked us to help find him a wonderful home. He may be a bit shy at first, but once he warms up to you, he is a perfect companion who will reward your patience with love and affection.

Remus and Romulus are the sweetest brothers, they love to sleep cuddled up together. They enjoy pets and are picked up either no problem. They are kittens so of course they love to play and chase each other all over the fosters home!

12. Pacino
Pacino is a sweet, curious, and playful black kitten who loves being around people and exploring the world around him! Pacino enjoys following you from room to room, looking for pets, attention, and his favorite cheek rubs. As a rescue, he can be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly and loves spending time with his people, whether he's enjoying some lap time or keeping you entertained with his kitten antics.

Pacino is full of energy and loves chasing balls, pouncing on wand toys, and racing around with other feline friends. He's also a curious little observer who enjoys watching birds, bugs, and the world go by from a cozy window perch. He also loves treats! This food-motivated boy might even be a good candidate for learning commands, walking on a leash, or exploring in a cat backpack.

13. Rocco
Rocco is a sweet, affectionate, and outgoing teen kitten who loves being around people. He has an almost dog-like loyalty, greeting you at the door every time you come home with a loud purr and plenty of enthusiasm. He loves attention and will eagerly climb into your lap, nuzzle your face when you pick him up, and follow your hand with his head to make sure the pets don't stop. He's also wonderfully confident and friendly with new people, greeting visitors without a hint of shyness.

Rocco is a very energetic and playful kitten, especially when toys or treats are involved. This boy has some serious energy! He'll leap 5 feet high to catch a wand toy, and comes running whenever he thinks there might be treats. When mealtime rolls around, he has the sweetest little meow to remind you that he's waiting.

14. Pixie and Dixie
Meet Pixie, an adorable, mostly black kitten and her cute tabby sister Dixie. They are inseparable siblings ready for their forever home.
These two sweet girls are 7 months old and do almost everything side by side. They are super cuddly, affectionate, and full of playful energy. The moment you pick them up, their loud purr engines start revving! If they ever feel lonely, they’ll happily jump onto your legs and wrap you in a big, loving hug with all four paws.
Pixie and Dixie love being around people and especially enjoy sleeping right next to (or on top of) their human friends.

15. Bruno
Meet Bruno! This super sweet, fluffy boy is gorgeous and easygoing. He is a chill dude who loves to be brushed and is ready for a wonderful home where he can be your BFF. Bruno followed someone home and at first lived on their porch, then graduated to their office. He likes to claim his human and will swat or hiss if he sees another cat or dog as competition but then backs down if they stand up to him. As we believe Bruno is a Tiffany mix, his adoption fee is $250.

17. Bell Pepper
Bell Pepper is an adorable 4-month-old calico baby looking for her forever home! When she first arrived, she was a spicy and timid little kitten, but she has since blossomed into such an affectionate little girl. Once she feels comfortable around you, she’ll happily follow you around the room, lovingly brush against your legs, and seek out attention. Bell Pepper absolutely loves chin scratches and scritches behind her ears. Once you get started, she turns into a little purring machine!

Say hello to these adorable brothers! Little Owl (all black) and Fleury (black and white tuxedo) have been waiting months for a loving home. They can be adopted separately (to a home where there's another young kitty) or together as a pair. They are totally sweet boys who are slightly shy, though before they were rescued, they were being fed in someone's backyard, so they are used to being around humans. Mostly, they are excited about getting more affection and playtime!

Betty has just arrived at the shelter and she is already making tons of biscuits! She is a real snuggler who is hoping her stay at the shelter is brief so she can knead her way into the hearts of a new forever family soon!

21. Daisy and Tommy
Daisy and Tommy are the most amazing, sweet, adorable kittens. They are so incredibly sweet. They would be perfect for a beginner kitty person or a family with children. Daisy and Tommy love their toys, racing through their tunnel, chasing wand toys, and generally keeping each other entertained. They are easily held, pet, loved and adore attention. They are a wonderful bonded pair who would make any house a home.
Daisy is the black-and-white sister. She is sweet and affectionate turns into a little purring lap cat when held and cuddled.

Tommy is the gray-and-white brother. He loves attention, makes biscuits like a pro, and is very enthusiastic about food. He even makes the funniest little gremlin noises while he eats.
These two were found at just 4 to 5 weeks old, abandoned together in a sealed plastic container near a busy street in Queens. They were cold, wet, dirty, and very underweight. Some caring neighbors got them to the vet and helped nurse them through those first few days.
These days they are just two very playful healthy kittens who are ready to have fun and be spoiled.
Daisy and Tommy are FIV/FELV negative, spayed and neutered and microchipped. They are happy, healthy, playful kittens who are ready for a home where they can continue to grow, play, and get all the love and attention they deserve.

Domino is a charmer, with his lovable personality and long happy meows, he wants nothing more than a home to call his own. Rescued from the streets of Mill Basin Bklyn, who knows how long he’s been living outside fending for himself. Right now he is safe in a cage in his rescuer’s home but he really needs a foster home or better yet an adoptive home. He loves to be pet and will roll over to show you his belly. He loves to be pet all over his body. Domino is neutered, tested negative for felv/fiv and up to date on his vaccines.

23. Sunrise
Sunrise is a sweet, handsome gentleman with mesmerizing eyes you'll get lost in. Don't let his sad face fool you - he is so happy and grateful to be indoors after being rescued from a backyard along with 3 other cats. While initially he was shy, he has gained confidence with time and love and is truly being a playful, affectionate boy. He loves nothing more than chin scratches and wouldn't mind a play session in some catnip to roll around in. He is friendly and a wonderful companion! Crisp Edges aka Crispy is a real find! She was part of a colony and, incredibly, was still just a baby herself when she had her first litter of kittens. She was living in a basement area with access to the outdoors, but once she came into foster care, she quickly showed us what a lovebug she is. She eagerly seeks out pets, climbs right into her foster’s lap, and loves nothing more than sleeping in bed with her person.

Crispy is also wonderfully low-key. She’s happy to have some independent time, is friendly with visitors, and is just as content to hang out nearby as she is to snuggle. For someone looking for a sweet, cuddly companion with an easygoing personality, Crispy is the perfect companion!
Crispy is spayed, vaccinated, flea- and parasite-free, and FeLV negative. She is FIV positive, which simply means she should live indoors and receive routine vet care. With proper care, FIV+ cats live long, happy, normal lives.

Meet Amy Poehler, an 8-year-old sweetheart who recently found herself in a bit of a plot twist. Surrendered through no fault of her own, Amy is understandably a little cautious in new places. She may hide at first, but just walk into the room and the purrs begin! Before long, she'll come out to say hello, rub against you, or settle beside you for some well-deserved pets, like a warm blanket on a chilly evening. Her adorable pink nose and beautiful green eyes, the color of the last leaves clinging to the trees, are hard to resist, but her affectionate personality is what will really steal your heart.Amy enjoys a little wand-toy play and loves her catnip toys, but mostly she just wants to be near her person.

Meet Gabby, she was born outdoors, but has rapidly adjusted to indoor life. She is an inquisitive kitty who loves cardboard boxes of any size. Gabby is an adorable grey tabby who enjoys cuddling on her foster mom’s lap, having her neck scratched and welcomes belly rubs any time! She is also very playful favoring bouncing rubber balls that she chases with much enthusiasm.
Gabby gets along with all her foster mates and she is also very comfortable with children.

Meet Sunny, she
is a sweet 6 month old girl who got her name because she was found on a beautiful sunny day.
When Sunny first came to her foster home, she was a little scared. With love and patience, she quickly became more confident and is now a happy, playful and affectionate kitten. She even became friends with her doggy foster sibling.
Sunny loves playing with mouse toys and her little “mansion” made of boxes. She also has the funniest random zoomies around the house! She enjoys being close to her people and will happily keep you company. When she’s tired, she loves relaxing at the end of the bed, making biscuits before falling asleep.

Meet Jalen and OG! These Knicks superstars are the whole package: beautiful, cuddly, playful, and bball legends! (Ok, only 3 of those are true!) These sweet brothers are five months old and ready for their forever home. They’d be great with anyone who loves a snuggle and wants to be entertained with endless play and wrestling.

29. Anya and Elsa
Super affectionate, adorable and playful, these two little angels are total sweethearts who love to play and cuddle with each other and you. Who could say no to these friendly feline faces? Found at a construction site in Canarsie, Brooklyn, they didn't have much of a chance at a good life, but thankfully, a Good Samaritan brought them to a pet store where a rescuer came forward, took them home and asked us to help. These sweethearts can't wait for their furrever home. Anya is the gray tabby and Elsa is the mostly white calico girl.

Anya and Elsa are about 3 months old and healthy. They are microchipped, treated for fleas and parasites, have their first two FVRCP vaccines and have tested negative for fiv/felv. These wee ones are very ready for a purrfect home together!

Meet sweetheart Daphne! This girls wants nothing more than to be in your lap! She loves morning cuddles as you enjoy your cup of coffee. A true lap kitten who is very affectionate, loves to burrow and cuddle and purr your worries away!
She's a happy, curious girl who loves to explore and play. A mouse toy doesnt stand a chance with this sweet girl!
Given her age, Daphne must be adopted with another kitten (like Echo Beach, listed separately, who she is with currently) or go to a home where she'll have another active young cat or dog to play and snuggle with.
