Cheddar was rescued with his siblings from a backyard in Philadelphia. Unfortunately the person who rescued them kept them in a dog cage for a couple of months. Cheddar is now free from that small cage and has been neutered, vaccinated for FVRCP & rabies, tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and microchipped. Licorice was rescued as a stray kitten from Philadelphia with her siblings. She is very sweet and loves to play. Licorice has been spayed, received her 1st FVRCP vaccine, has been dewormed, tested negative for feline leukemia but positive for FIV and microchipped. Her siblings tested positive for FIV too so this means that they are carrying the antibodies from their FIV positive mother. It takes about 6 months for the antibodies to go away so they will have to be retested at that time. At this point they should test negative, keep in mind they are just testing positive because they have the antibodies from the mom not the actual virus.
