He’s a rowdy little critter...

but also enjoys being cradled like a baby. If he can’t find you in the house, he’ll let out a distressed cry…and when you call back to him he comes running to find you! He’s also always the first to the food bowl. And let’s not gloss over his ridiculous sleeping positions He is dog friendly too!

Kitten · Female · Tabby / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat) · 22 mi from Hialeah

You can apply for Spaghetti at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab.
Spaghetti aka “Sketti” is a brown tabby female kitten born approximately May 10, 2026. Sketti and her 2 siblings were found outside in pretty bad shape, after much needed TLC, they are now healthy and ready for adoption. Think of how a 2-year-old might ask for their favorite pasta…This is Sketti!! She’s always been the biggest at every weight in out of her trio. She’s made her mark on her foster family, because she was the biggest transformation! Coming straight off the street and into a strangers home, with little to no human interaction before this.
Read more about Spaghetti
She was sooo terrified! Wide eyed anytime they came near.. hiding behind anything she could, scrambling to get away if they had to handle her. But now, she’s a total love bug! She’s surpassed all of her siblings! She’s the first to greet her foster mom everyday! Sketti even reaches up and does these little stretches when she’s asking for attention, it’s the cutest thing ever! While still initially nervous upon meeting new people she’s made the most amazing progress! Not to mention, makes the best biscuits in town! We know when she finds her person…she’s going to form a deep, unearthly bond with them. She is dog friendly too!

Guine and her 2 siblings were found outside in pretty bad shape, after much needed TLC, they are now healthy and ready for adoption. Besides being the tiniest, with more subtle facial markings, Guine is the most fierce! She was the first to brave the new humans in the new world after being rescued off the streets, and paved the way for her siblings to come out of their shells. She now sits back to enjoy the show, and has blossomed into her little independent self, and acts wise beyond her years.
Read more about Linguine
She was the first in her litter to learn to jump to high places, running on the cat wheel, and making friends with the resident bunnies, who she still remains great pals with. My name is Shadow. My current humans (well, I like to call them my servants) found me behind their house on a lucky rescue mission. They didn't just save me—they saved my whole family! I was found with my mom—a gorgeous, petite Munchkin kitty with the cutest little bobtail, she’s available too—and my brothers, Minion and Zed. I’m a lean, compact guy who loves the quiet life. I might start out a little shy, but you'll win me over instantly with head rubs. I also make an excellent alarm clock—I will always be there to greet you in bed for a head rub when you wake up, to make sure my morning breakfast is on time.

19. Madison
Kitten · Female · Calico / Dilute Calico / Mixed (short coat) · 17 mi from Hialeah

You can apply for Madison at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab.
Madison is an adorable calico girl born around 5/28/2026, and she is definitely the mischievous one of the litter! She and her siblings came to us from Miami-Dade Animal Services (they were confiscated from the previous owner) after arriving with upper respiratory infections and looking, well… pretty crusty and rough around the edges! But after some TLC, this sweet girl was ready to show us her true personality. Madison is playful, affectionate and just a little bit mischievous —in the most adorable way possible.
Read more about Madison
She is a total catbird who loves climbing right up onto your neck or shoulder and rubbing her face all over you. She wants to be right in the middle of whatever you're doing! And if Madison really likes you, she may even reward you with a few love bites. Consider yourself warned. She is a fun, social kitten who would do wonderfully in a home with another friendly cat. She loves having feline friends to play with and would make a wonderful addition to a family looking for a kitten with plenty of personality.
Madison is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated (including rabies). She is fostered in Planation, FL.

20. Dune
Kitten · Male · Domestic Short Hair / Tabby / Mixed (short coat) · 13 mi from Hialeah

You can apply for Dune at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab.
Dune is a domestic shorthair orange tabby male kitten, born approximately April 15, 2026. He was found living outdoors with his mom and sister, Turtle, under a foreclosed home, where the little family had been surviving together. Lady Luck Animal Rescue quickly came to their aid, providing the guidance and support they needed and taking the lead on finding each of them the perfect forever home. Dune is an exceptionally beautiful boy. His orange coat is covered in distinctive swirls and markings that look like patterns in the sand dunes, making his name a perfect fit.
Read more about Dune
With his light eyes and angelic little face, there’s something especially striking about him. A little shy at first, he’s gaining confidence every day. What started as uncertainty in his new surroundings has given way to playing, exploring and becoming increasingly comfortable with the people around him. One of his favorite things is the play tube he shares with his sister. But for a kitten, he’s also remarkably chill—there’s an almost old-soul quality about him. Gentle, sweet and playful, this little guy has come a long way from his life outdoors. With a little patience and lots of love, he’ll continue building his confidence and showing more of his wonderful personality.
Dune is neutered, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated (including rabies). He is fostered in Hollywood, FL.

21. Turtle
Kitten · Female · Tortoiseshell (short coat) · 13 mi from Hialeah

You can apply for Turtle at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab.
Turtle is a tortoiseshell female kitten born approximately April 15, 2026. Her story began outdoors. She was discovered with her mom and brother, Dune, taking shelter beneath a foreclosed home. When the little family needed help, Lady Luck Animal Rescue graciously and immediately stepped in to provide guidance, support and oversee their adoption process. This beautiful little tortie seems to get prettier by the day. More and more orange is emerging throughout her dark coat as she grows, making her already distinctive tortie markings even more striking.
Read more about Turtle
Her big, expressive eyes and tiny, sweet face only add to her beauty. Playful, curious and full of personality, she already has some of that famous tortie attitude. When she gets excited, she wags her tail so enthusiastically that her whole little butt wiggles along with it. Her playful side really takes over when Dune is around. Their beloved tube is the center of countless games of hide-and-seek, with the two popping in and out and chasing each other around. True to her name, this tiny girl is slowly but surely coming out of her shell. Give her a little patience and the chance to feel safe on her own terms, and you’ll get the joy of watching more of that sweet—and slightly sassy—personality emerge every day.
Turtle is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested negative, dewormed, and vaccinated (including rabies). She is fostered in Hollywood, FL.

Adopting a cat in Hialeah
Most rescues ask you to fill in an application, meet the cat, and pay an adoption fee that usually covers spaying or neutering, vaccinations and a microchip. Many are foster-based, so you'll often meet your cat in a volunteer's home rather than a shelter.
Senior cats are often the calmest companions and the slowest to find homes. If you'd like a settled, affectionate cat, ask the rescues about their older residents.
Kittens go quickly, especially in spring and summer. If you've fallen for one, contact the rescue soon, and think about adopting two: young cats keep each other company and out of mischief.
