1. Wednesday
Young · Female · Domestic Medium Hair / Mixed (medium coat) · 47 mi from Lamont

Wednesday came to Paw Parent with her brother Jagger. They were found by the police abandoned in an apartment after their people had gotten evicted. We were called and could not say now and scrambled to make room for them. It took them a while to settle in and get used to their new surroundings but have warmed up very well. Wednesday is still a little shy but loves to snuggle on a lab when things are calm and quiet. They are only about a year old and so gorgeous with their golden eyes and luscious coats. it would be great if they could find a home together but it is not a must. She weighs abut 10 pounds, is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and ready to be part of a new family. Please call 661-7240-0642 or email us at pawparent@gmail.com if you would like to met her and her brother.

Wednesday still is a little shy but once you sit and let her come to you she loves to snuggle on your lab. Both of them are absolutely gorgeous, with their golden eyes and lucious coat. Jagger is the larger than her and weighs 13 pounds. He likes to get petted and will try to reward you with love bites. :) It would be great if they could get adopted together but it is not a must.He is about a year old, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Please call 661-724-0642 or email us at pawparent@gmail.com

How to adopt from Paw Parent
After someone has found a pet of her or his liking on our site and contacted us we will make sure to get back to that person as soon as possible. We require a potential adopter to fill out an application. If the application is satisfactory we will contact the prospective new parent to set up a time to meet with the pet. We also do home checks to make sure that the house or apartment the pet will go to is safe. The pet will be brought to your home at the time of the home check and if everything looks goes well the pet will be left with you. We are asking for an adoption fee and we also will have you sign a contract. We allow a two week trial period during which the money will be refunded if it turnes out to not be a match. After the two week period the adoption fee is not refundable.

Adopting a cat in Lamont
Most rescues ask you to fill in an application, meet the cat, and pay an adoption fee that usually covers spaying or neutering, vaccinations and a microchip. Many are foster-based, so you'll often meet your cat in a volunteer's home rather than a shelter.
Senior cats are often the calmest companions and the slowest to find homes. If you'd like a settled, affectionate cat, ask the rescues about their older residents.
Kittens go quickly, especially in spring and summer. If you've fallen for one, contact the rescue soon, and think about adopting two: young cats keep each other company and out of mischief.
