Meet Lovely Lola
Lovely Lola is a beautiful, dainty young girl, only about 10–12 months old, with the sweetest, most gentle personality. She has the most interesting markings…looks like 2 equal size triangles down her sides.
Lola’s story began on a rainy October night in Long Beach, where we found her living underneath a car. She was dirty, hungry and trying to survive on the streets. The moment we opened a can of food, she came running. She ate hungrily, then began rubbing against us as if she knew she had finally found someone who would help her.
Of course, there was no way we could leave her there.
We brought Lola home, gave her a nice warm bath and started giving her the full works — ear cleaning, nail trim, deworming, flea treatment, vaccines and microchipping — getting this little girl healthy, clean and ready for her spay.
And that’s when we discovered just how lovely Lola really is. ❤️
As soon as we brought her home from the vet, Lola began purring and rubbing against us. It almost seemed as though she was thanking us for helping her. After surviving outside in an area where life can be very hard for stray cats, she somehow remained incredibly trusting, affectionate and sweet.
Lola is an absolute love. Just watch her video and you’ll immediately see what we’re talking about. She is a precious, dainty, quiet little girl who will make some very lucky person or family a wonderful companion. She loves affection and will happily shower her person with purrs, rubs and love.
Lola seems comfortable around other cats and dogs. Because she has such a gentle, quieter personality, we think she would be happiest in a relatively calm home without young children, where she can relax, feel safe and blossom.

MEET PEARLY GIRL
Pearly Girl is our newest rescue, and she is an absolute little sweetheart.
This beautiful, dainty white-and-tabby girl is about a year old, with gorgeous green eyes, the prettiest pink nose, and the most adorable little black beauty mark beside her nose. As if she needed anything else to make that little face irresistible!
Pearly Girl came to us when a homeless man who could no longer keep her was about to leave her on the streets. Somehow he found us, and there was simply no way we could turn this sweet girl away.
She is gentle, affectionate, playful, and incredibly loving. She’s a true little lap cat who loves cuddles, curling up beside you, and even burrowing under the covers in bed with you, purring away.

On Mother’s Day, Savannah was found on the front stoop of an apartment scared to death. Savanah had made it indoors and into an open mailbox to hide. That’s when the person who found her brought her home.

Pharoah is a DMH Black kitten who is approximately 5 to 6 months old. He was surrendered to us. He likes to play, enjoys pet time, and is a very chill dude. He's a healthy and happy kitten looking for his forever family.

I went to one foster home, and our other sister and brother went to a different foster home. Ariel and I have become very attached to each other. We love to play and snuggle together and love our tunnels and Amazon boxes. We also enjoyed playing with the older cats in our foster home. A neighbor visited with her dogs a few times, and we were fine with them. We also did fine with little kids who visited. When tuckered out from playing, we enjoy long naps, then wake up and start playing again. We are cuddly lap cats, now ready for our forever homes, and we hope to stay together. Mister is a gorgeous long-haired black-and-white tuxedo boy with one very clear goal in life: to have a person of his own.
He is incredibly affectionate, purrs nonstop, loves being close, and his paws are always stretching and making biscuits…he is a happy lovable fellow. Mister is the kind of cat who bonds deeply and will happily stick to his person like super glue.
His story started in our alley, where he kept crying for attention and trying to follow us through the gate. We’d say, “Hey, Mister… what are we going to do with you?” — and the name stuck.
