A5805070 Clover
Beautiful Clover has the most gorgeous green eyes, but right now she's feeling a little overwhelmed by shelter life. ❤️
This sweet black-and-white girl was owner surrendered on October 9, and she's understandably a little frightened.
She's going to need someone patient who will give her plenty of time to decompress and settle into a new environment. But we did discover something important about Clover...She LOVES treats!
Sometimes the way to a nervous kitty's heart is through her stomach!

3. Wednesday
Young · Female · Domestic Medium Hair / Mixed (medium coat) · 79 mi from Santa Barbara

Wednesday came to Paw Parent with her brother Jagger. They were found by the police abandoned in an apartment after their people had gotten evicted. We were called and could not say now and scrambled to make room for them. It took them a while to settle in and get used to their new surroundings but have warmed up very well. Wednesday is still a little shy but loves to snuggle on a lab when things are calm and quiet. They are only about a year old and so gorgeous with their golden eyes and luscious coats. it would be great if they could find a home together but it is not a must. She weighs abut 10 pounds, is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and ready to be part of a new family. 5. Borris & Lana
Adult · Female · Tabby / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (medium coat) · 81 mi from Santa Barbara

BoBo and Lana are bonded pals. They are 6 years old and have been ‘siblings’ since they were about a year old. (Due to health problems, their owner was unable to keep them, so they have returned into the loving care of Feline Network.)
BoBo (Borris) is fun loving and goofy. He’s hilarious when he plays and very affectionate when it’s cuddle time. He likes to be close to you when you’re sitting on the couch- And if you ignore him, he will crawl up to your face and nudge you to remind you that it’s time for some pets. BoBo loves to play with his sister. They are very dependent on one another.
Read more about Borris & Lana
Lana is a tripod kitty! She had her front leg amputated when she came into Feline Network at a year old, and she is entirely used to maneuvering without it.) She bounces onto the bed and jumps up into the kitty tower with ease. She likes to play with the fuzzy end of a toy- especially if you make it poke up from underneath a shelf. She goes crazy for it!
These two buddies would love to stay together for life. They offer such different personalities and are perfect compliments to each other.

9. Willow
Young (7 months) · Female · Domestic Medium Hair (medium coat) · 99 mi from Santa Barbara

Willow was born into a colony that was breeding out of control. The "owners" didn't realize how big of a problem not getting a few cats fixed could be or how fast they can multiply. A concerned neighbor approached them about TNR and helped them get the entire colony fixed and fostered the kittens. Willow is one of those lucky kittens who will know life off the streets!
Willow loves to hang on your arm and play with her siblings all day long. She's a hit at adoptions with her siblings and she is so super sweet. She loves to be doted on and is just a love to have around.

12. Marmont
Adult (1 year 1 month) · Male · Chartreux (short coat) · 99 mi from Santa Barbara

Meet Marmont, a breathtaking Chartreux mix with a heart as grand as his handsome frame. On the 4th of July, Marmont’s life changed forever when he was left abandoned in the bushes alongside an empty carrier and a few empty cat food cans. Terrified, unfixed, and severely underweight, this resilient boy mustered up all his courage and ran straight out of the bushes looking for human help. Since that fateful day, Marmont has been steadily gaining weight, gaining confidence, and discovering what it feels like to be truly safe and cherished.
Read more about Marmont
True to his Chartreux heritage, Marmont is an incredibly loyal, devoted companion who thrives on human connection. While Chartreux cats are famously known for their calm and gentle natures, Marmont adds his own charming twist: he is quite the vocal talker! He will happily follow you from room to room, narrating his day and ensuring he’s always right by your side. Given his background of starvation, it is no surprise that Marmont absolutely adores food and treats, though he remains wonderfully sweet and not food-aggressive in the slightest.
Marmont gets along well with other polite feline friends, but what he wants most in this world is his person. He craves human affection, loves interactive play, adores lounging on tall cat trees, and could spend hours blissfully sunbathing in a warm window. At night, he wants nothing more than to curl up and sleep right next to you. Marmont is still filling out his lush grey coat and sturdy frame, and he is going to be a wonderfully large, impressive boy once fully restored to health. We may not know the hardship of his past, but with your help, his future will be endlessly bright. Reach out to adopt Marmont today and give this deserving boy the forever promise that he will never be abandoned again.

14. Simba
Adult · Male · Snowshoe / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat) · 84 mi from Santa Barbara

* In Foster Care * Meet & Greets by appointment. * Please submit an application online and well call to schedule! *
Simba is a handsome, friendly boy with a confident personality and an independent streak.
He enjoys people and is absolutely social, but he does not need constant attention to feel secure. Simba is the kind of cat who appreciates companionship while also enjoying his own space and routine. He may be a great fit for someone who wants a friendly adult cat who is not attached at the hip.
In foster care, Simba has shown that he may prefer a calmer environment with fewer cats. He has been living in a busy foster home with multiple feline roommates and has handled many changes, but we think a quieter home may help him truly settle into his best self.
Simba and Alfie spend time together and could be considered as a pair, but Simba may also do well as a single cat with the right person.
Simba is currently being monitored for a stress-related urinary issue.
Read more about Simba
Peter Zippi is working with our veterinary team and trying a low-dose medication plan to support him for now. It is very possible his needs may change once he is in a calmer home with fewer cats.
Friendly, confident, and quietly independent, Simba is ready for someone who will appreciate him for exactly who he is

* In Foster Care * Meet & Greets by appointment. * Please submit an application online and well call to schedule! *
Alfie is a handsome, social boy with a curious spirit and plenty to say.
His foster describes him as wonderfully chatty, almost like you can have a conversation with him when he is in curious, exploratory mode. Alfie likes being near his people and being part of what is happening, but he is not overly demanding. He has a nice balance of social confidence and independence.
Alfie enjoys exploring, observing, and adding his own commentary along the way. He is the kind of cat who brings personality into a home without needing to be the center of attention every minute.
He has spent time with other cats and may do well with a compatible feline friend.
Read more about Alfie
He and Simba have also shown a nice connection and could be considered together, though Alfie is not dependent on another cat and may also do well as an individual companion.

17. Marion
Adult · Female · Tabby / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat) · 81 mi from Santa Barbara

Marion is a 6-year-old social butterfly who loves kisses, cuddles, and head nuzzles. She is eager to soak up love and would be over-the-moon to find a family or human to spend the rest of her life with. This amazing girl is very outgoing and will fall in love with you at first meeting; she’ll attach to you like velcro. Marion was abandoned by her prior owner and went without regular meals and the affection she desperately craves. Because of this, she sometimes gets a little overexcited and gnaws on your arm- not hard, but when you slow your petting and talk softly to her, she calms and moves on to tummy rubs, slow blinks…and food. These overexcitement behaviors will subside in time, once she feels secure that she has steady access to your love and companionship. Aside from that, Marion is just about the PERFECT cat. What a lovebug!! She would be a fabulous ESA (emotional support animal).

23. Carmen
Adult · Female · Domestic Medium Hair (medium coat) · 73 mi from Santa Barbara

Meet Carmen
Carmen first came to us after being abandoned in a duffel bag alongside two different litters of kittens. Still little more than a kitten herself, she raised every one of her babies with patience, devotion, and quiet strength. After giving so much of herself, it should finally be Carmen’s turn to be someone’s whole world.
Read more about Carmen
Sadly, Carmen has been returned to us again. She has now experienced the heartbreak of losing several homes—not because she isn’t loving, but because none of them proved to be the right lifelong fit. This time, we are determined to find someone who truly understands her and is committed to giving her the stability she deserves.
According to her original foster, Carmen is “one of the most loving and affectionate cats she has ever known.” When Carmen feels safe and has a space to call her own, her personality blossoms. She seeks out attention and happily soaks up pets, affection, and companionship. She may not enjoy being picked up, but once you understand and respect her preferences, her love is incredibly genuine and rewarding.
Carmen’s most recent adopter reported some incidents of biting sock-covered feet, as well as grabbing, biting, and wrestling with arms or legs when she became overstimulated. We believe these behaviors may have been related to overzealous play, overstimulation, or redirected energy or aggression—not a lack of affection or an inherently aggressive temperament. They do not erase the deeply loving cat her fosters and volunteers know her to be, but they do mean Carmen needs a calm, patient, cat-savvy person who can recognize her signals, redirect her energy appropriately, respect her boundaries, and give her space when she needs it.
While other cats are not Carmen’s favorite thing, she has peacefully coexisted with cats at the adoption center. We believe she would be happiest as the only cat in her home, where she can relax and enjoy having her person and her space to herself. However, a home with another calm, respectful cat may be considered if the environment and personalities are truly the right fit.
She has also lived peacefully with a calm senior dog who largely ignored her, so she may do well with a similarly quiet, respectful dog who won’t pressure her to interact.
Carmen may not be the right cat for every household—but for the right person, she could be everything. She loves deeply, in her own language and on her own terms, and there is something incredibly special about earning the trust of a cat like her.
After surviving abandonment, raising two litters, and repeatedly losing the homes she thought were forever, Carmen deserves stability. She deserves to be chosen with intention, understood for exactly who she is, and loved for the rest of her life.
She deserves to finally come home.

25. Cal
Young · Male · Domestic Short Hair (short coat) · 73 mi from Santa Barbara

Calypso “Cal”
Meet Cal — a sweet orange tabby with the gentlest soul and, somehow, the patience of a saint.
Cal has been returned twice, alongside his sister, and not because of anything either of them did wrong. His first adoption ended after a major health scare made it clear that his adopter simply wasn’t able to provide the care they needed. His second adopter promised it would be forever — but apparently a new job and a new boyfriend were enough to change those plans. And once again, Cal and his sister were the ones left packing their bags.

They deserve so much better. They deserve a home where they are cherished, celebrated, and loved for the incredible cats they are — not treated as disposable when life changes.
Cal is an absolute sweetheart. He’s affectionate, intelligent, gentle, and wonderfully even-tempered. And despite being an orange boy, he manages to keep his orange-boy antics to a minimum. He’s easygoing, social, and just an all-around fantastic guy.
This little lad came from a LARGE brood, born to an amazing mama named Meadow, who did an incredible job raising her babies to be the very best kittens around. Cal loves to play with everyone and is happiest when he gets to be part of the action. He’s the kind of cat who makes life better simply by being in it.
After everything he’s been through, Cal is still sweet. Still trusting. Still ready to love.
Now he just needs someone who will finally make good on the word forever. ❤️
Cal is looking for a loving, committed forever home — one that will stick with him through life’s changes and celebrate him for the wonderful cat he is.
Name: Calypso “Cal”
Personality: Gentle, affectionate, intelligent, playful & easygoing
Looking for: A true forever home
Because Cal shouldn’t have to wonder if he’s finally home. He should know.

26. Tabitha
Adult · Female · Tabby / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat) · 84 mi from Santa Barbara

* In Foster Care * Meet & Greets by appointment. * Please submit an application online and well call to schedule! *
Tabitha is a sweet, affectionate girl with a gentle personality and a very loving heart.
She can be a little shy when something is new, but once she feels comfortable, she makes it very clear that she wants love. Tabitha enjoys pets, closeness, and quiet time with her people. Her foster says she will settle in nearby, ask for attention, and purr like she means it.
She is also a wonderful little communicator. Talk to Tabitha and she may meow right back, making her feel less like a cat in the room and more like a tiny companion keeping you company.
Tabitha would do beautifully with someone who appreciates a soft, affectionate adult cat and is willing to let her settle in at her own pace.

She coexists well with other cats, but she is not bonded and does not need to be adopted with another cat.
Loving, interactive, and full of quiet charm, Tabitha is the kind of cat who makes earning her trust feel extra special

27. Maisie
Adult · Female · Tabby / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat) · 84 mi from Santa Barbara

* In Foster Care * Meet & Greets by appointment. * Please submit an application online and well call to schedule! *
Maisie is a beautiful girl with a soft heart and a quiet way of asking to be loved.
She may take a little time to feel comfortable in a new place, but once she decides she is safe, Maisie is all about affection. Her foster describes her as a “velcro kitty” with her people. She loves pets, enjoys being close, and is very happy to settle in with someone who is willing to sit still and let her soak up attention.
Maisie has been through a lot of change recently, so we are looking for a home that will give her a little patience up front and plenty of love once she is ready.

She is not the kind of cat who needs to be rushed. She just needs someone who understands how rewarding it can be when a shy-to-start cat decides you are her person.
Maisie coexists well with other cats, but she is not bonded and would make a wonderful individual companion. She may also do well with a calm, compatible cat who respects her space.
Sweet, affectionate, and quietly devoted, Maisie is ready for a soft landing and someone to love her back

29. Stitch
Adult · Male · Tuxedo / Domestic Medium Hair / Mixed (medium coat) · 84 mi from Santa Barbara

* Courtesy Posting. Please See Below for Contact and Meet & Greet Information. *
Stitch is a gorgeous 3½-year-old tuxedo boy with soft, medium-length fur and a wonderfully affectionate personality.
Stitch was bottle-fed from birth as part of a litter of six kittens, so he has known the comfort and companionship of people his entire life. He is healthy, neutered, current on his vaccinations, and loves both affection and playtime.
He currently lives with an older feline “brother” and gets along well with him. With a thoughtful introduction, Stitch may be a good match for a home with another friendly cat.

He could also be very happy as the center of someone’s attention.
Sadly, Stitch’s elderly owner is experiencing health challenges and can no longer provide the care and attention he deserves. This sweet boy has been deeply loved, and we are hoping to help him find a secure, loving home where he can begin his next chapter.
Stitch is being shared as a courtesy posting and is not currently in the care of Peter Zippi Memorial Fund. Additional information about his location, adoption process, and any applicable adoption requirements can be provided to interested applicants.

Why adopt an adult cat in Santa Barbara
An adult cat's personality is fully formed, so the rescue can tell you how they are with people, other pets and busy households. Many have lived in foster homes and are used to family life.
Grown cats are calmer and need less supervision than kittens, which suits people who work long hours or have young children.
