1. Dallas and Vegas
Adult · Male · Tabby (short coat) · 22 mi from Yucaipa

Meet Dallas & Vegas! Double the love, double the purrs!
Some bonds are simply unbreakable, and Dallas and Vegas are the perfect example! These handsome 9 year old brothers have spent their entire lives together, and they wouldn’t want it any other way. Now, they’re looking for a loving forever home where they can enjoy their golden years side by side, surrounded by comfort, affection, and plenty of love. Now they might be 9 years old but they do not act like older cats. They still have so much life left and love to run around playing with toys and chasing each other through the house as if they were spry adolescents.
Dallas (brown tabby) is a sweet, affectionate boy who just needs a little time to feel comfortable with new people.
Read more about Dallas and Vegas
He may be a bit reserved at first, but give him about 24 hours to settle in, and you’ll soon have a purring lap cat who is happy to soak up your attention! Dallas takes comfort in his brother Vegas and looks to him for confidence when meeting new people. These two are so connected that Dallas will even call out for his brother if he can’t find him. His loving personality is absolutely worth the little bit of patience it takes to win his heart.
Vegas (grey/white) is the outgoing charmer of the duo! This total lovebug adores human attention and isn’t shy about asking for it. He’ll happily headbutt your hand or leg to remind you that it’s time for pets, and head and chin scratches are definitely the way to his heart. Vegas is also a big fan of mealtime and enjoys his food a little too much! He’s carrying a little extra weight and could benefit from losing a pound or two to help keep him healthy. With some portion control and a balanced diet, he’ll be on the right track!
Dallas and Vegas have lived with other cats and dogs and tend to be pretty indifferent to their furry housemates. With slow, thoughtful introductions, they may be able to share their home with other pets. Their most important relationship, however, is with each other. They are a truly bonded pair and must be adopted together.
At 9 years old, these boys have so much love left to give. They’re past the kitten chaos and ready to settle into a peaceful home where they can enjoy cozy naps, full bellies, gentle affection, and the comfort of always having their favorite companion nearby.
Could you be the forever home Dallas & Vegas have been waiting for? If you have room in your heart for two sweet adorable gentlemen, these brothers would love to meet you!

4. Cyper
Adult · Male · Siamese · 17 mi from Yucaipa

I had a home at one time. Then I ended up in the streets of Kuwait. My bad luck didn't stop. Someone took me in but wasn't willing to foster me. The person wanted me gone that day. This is when I started with some good luck. I was taken in by Kuwait Animal Aid. They had a foster home that had space for me. After that I was sponsored to travel to the US to find my forever home. I'm friendly to humans but would rather be only cat. If your looking for your 1st cat to adopt. I would will be perfect for you. Please consider giving me a forever home.
5. Miki
Adult · Female · Calico (short coat) · 22 mi from Yucaipa

Sometimes life changes in ways our pets have no say in. Tom and Miki came to DPS after their owner had to move out of the country and was unable to take them along. They have been together since they were kittens, but they do not have to be adopted together. We are happy to place them separately in the right homes, or they can stay together if someone has room in their heart for two.
Tom is a 3 year old Turkish Van mix who is basically a professional people person. He loves his humans and wants to be right where you are, preferably supervising whatever it is you’re doing. Curious, affectionate, and happiest when he’s beside his person, Tom is the kind of cat who wants to be part of the action rather than watching it from across the room.
Miki is Tom’s 3-year-old calico sister, and her markings are absolutely one of a kind.
Read more about Miki
The transition to a new home has been harder on her, so she’s taking her time adjusting. She’s been coming around beautifully in her foster home and has discovered that lounging in her cat tree is a pretty good way to spend the day. She is gentle and sweet with her humans and loves playing with toys.
Miki also has a little hidden talent: she’s a mouser. Both cats are indoor cats, but when an unexpected mouse made its way into their former home, Miki apparently decided she had been hired for pest control. Problem solved.
Tom and Miki would make wonderful companions, together or separately, for the right home. Tom is likely to be your shadow, while Miki may take a little more time to feel completely comfortable—but once she does, you’ll have a sweet, playful girl who knows how to enjoy the good life.
Sometimes the hardest part of rescue is helping animals understand that a change in circumstances doesn’t mean they’ve lost their chance at a happy ending. We think Tom and Miki are both ready for theirs.
All kittens have all been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350 for the pair or $200 per kitten.

Meet Bubbles!
Some cats quietly tiptoe into your life.
Bubbles prefers to bounce.
Bubbles is a 2 year old rare orange (ginger) female cat with a personality every bit as bright as her beautiful coat. Female orange cats are uncommon, making Bubbles a bit of a rarity—but it's her joyful, affectionate personality that truly makes her one of a kind. She has never met a stranger, believes everyone is a potential best friend, and approaches life with the kind of cheerful optimism that makes every day feel just a little happier.
If happiness had whiskers...
It would probably look a lot like Bubbles.

One minute she's happily chasing a toy across the room like she's training for the Kitty Olympics, and the next she's curled up beside you, convinced that your lap was specifically designed for her afternoon nap.
Bubbles is incredibly smart and loves interactive play. She enjoys games that keep both her mind and body busy, and she's always ready to investigate something new. Movie night?
She's available.
Working from home?

A tall cat tree by a sunny window would quickly become one of her favorite spots, giving her the perfect place to watch birds, squirrels, and all the important neighborhood happenings. Add a basket overflowing with toys, a few soft beds throughout the house, and plenty of opportunities for snuggles, and you'll have one very happy girl.

10. Orion
Young · Male · Bombay / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat) · 22 mi from Yucaipa

Reach for the Stars... Orion Is Waiting.
Some cats dream of climbing to the top of the cat tree.
Orion assumes that's where he belongs.
Named after one of the most recognizable constellations in the night sky, Orion is a 1 year old Bombay mix who seems determined to spend as much time as possible up where the stars live. If there's a bookshelf to conquer, a high windowsill to supervise from, or the very top perch of a cat tree available, you'll probably find Orion there—looking down at his kingdom like the handsome little king he is.
But don't let his lofty ambitions fool you.
This boy is equal parts athlete, comedian, and cuddle bug.
If you've never witnessed feline parkour, Orion would be delighted to provide a live demonstration.
One minute he's quietly watching a toy...
The next he's launching into the air, bouncing off furniture with Olympic-level precision, twisting, turning, and somehow landing perfectly every single time.
We're honestly considering submitting his audition for the next action movie.
His favorite prey?
Wand toys.
Springs.
The occasional bug that accidentally wandered into the house and immediately regretted its life choices.
Nothing escapes Orion's attention when he's in hunting mode.
Of course, every superhero needs downtime.
After a busy day of acrobatics, Orion transforms into an affectionate sweetheart who loves being with his people.
Read more about Orion
One of his favorite little quirks is burrowing under blankets, where he creates his own cozy hideaway before drifting off to sleep. If you ever can't find him, don't panic.
Check under the covers.
There's a very good chance you'll discover one happy little cat tucked in like a burrito.
Orion is wonderfully social and has the kind of easygoing personality that fits beautifully into many different homes.
He would also do well with another friendly cat, a cat-savvy dog, or respectful children. Orion approaches life with confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for being part of the family.
If Orion could write his own wish list, it would be refreshingly simple:
A tall cat tree.
Very tall.
Maybe taller.
A basket full of wand toys and springs.
A few soft blankets for his famous burrowing sessions.
A sunny window where he can keep an eye on the birds.
And people who occasionally applaud his athletic performances.
(Trust us...they're impressive.)
Imagine laughing as Orion launches into another gravity-defying leap after a feather wand.
Imagine finding a mysterious lump under your comforter, only to discover it's your favorite little blanket-loving buddy.
Imagine looking up at the highest shelf in the room and realizing, once again, Orion somehow got there before you even noticed.
Some cats fill your lap.
Orion fills your home with adventure, laughter, and just a little bit of stardust.
Orion has been neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150.
If you're looking for a cat who's equal parts acrobat, explorer, comedian, and cuddle companion, Orion is ready to become the brightest star in your home.

11. Misty
Adult · Female · Tuxedo (short coat) · 22 mi from Yucaipa

Some Mornings Begin with a Little Mist... Meet Misty.
Some cats race into your heart.
Misty quietly drifts in...and before you know it, you can't imagine life without her.
Misty is a 3 year old tuxedo beauty with a gentle heart, a playful spirit, and a wonderfully loyal personality. Like a soft morning mist that slowly reveals something beautiful, Misty takes a little time to build trust—but once she does, you'll discover one of the sweetest companions you could ever hope for.
When Misty first arrived in her foster home, she wasn't quite sure what to think. She happily greeted her foster family, asked for pets, and enjoyed their company, but she also made it clear that she preferred to set the pace.
Read more about Misty
Being picked up? That would require a little more trust.
Her foster family respected her boundaries, gave her the time she needed, and something wonderful happened.
Little by little...
Day by day...
The walls came down.
Today, Misty happily allows herself to be picked up, seeks out affection, and has become a chatty little companion who isn't shy about letting everyone know she'd appreciate a few extra pets.
In fact, one of her favorite hobbies is calling out as her people walk by, just in case someone has forgotten that she deserves another round of attention.
(It's a very effective system.)
Her foster family has completely fallen for her and shared this update:
"When Misty first arrived, she was a little hesitant about us. She would greet us and ask for pets, but she would quickly set her boundaries if we tried picking her up. However, we have gained her trust, and she's been very good with being picked up now. She loves attention and will call out to us as we're walking by. She loves her scratcher and toys."
Watching Misty blossom has been one of the greatest joys of fostering her.
She reminds us that trust isn't something that's demanded.
It's something that's earned.
And once you've earned hers, she'll reward you with loyalty, affection, and companionship that feels incredibly special.
Misty also knows how to have fun.
A favorite toy?
She's ready.
A scratching post?
Even better.
She happily entertains herself, enjoys playtime, and then settles down for a well-earned nap before beginning the whole routine again.
It's a pretty wonderful balance.
We aren't exactly sure how Misty feels about every cat she meets, but based on her easygoing personality, we believe she could do well with another friendly cat if introductions are handled slowly and thoughtfully.
Mostly, though, Misty is looking for a family that understands something important:
The very best relationships sometimes take a little time.
The first day, she'll be politely getting to know you.
A few days later, she'll be greeting you at the door.
Before long, she'll be chatting with you every time you walk through the room, reminding you that she would very much appreciate another head scratch.
And one day you'll suddenly realize...
She isn't just your cat anymore.
She's your little shadow.
Imagine ending each day with a tuxedo-clad companion curled beside you after following you from room to room, making sure you never feel alone.
Imagine smiling every time you hear her sweet little voice reminding you she's nearby.
Imagine earning the love of a cat who chooses to trust you completely.
Some of life's most beautiful things appear slowly.
Misty is one of them.
Misty has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $150.
If you're looking for a loyal friend whose love grows deeper every day, Misty is ready to roll in and brighten your world.

12. Dustin
Young · Male · Tabby (short coat) · 22 mi from Yucaipa

Meet Dustin!
Dustin is a 1 year old bundle of feline fun with a heart as big as his personality and enough energy to convince you that gravity is merely a suggestion. If you've ever wondered what it would be like to share your home with a tiny comedian, part-time gymnast, and full-time best friend, Dustin is ready to audition for the role.
Some cats gracefully stroll through life.
Dustin prefers to arrive with style.
If there is a toy to chase, he'll catch it.
If there's a cat tree, he'll conquer it.
If there's a feather wand involved...cancel your afternoon plans.
Dustin approaches every day like it's the grand opening of an amusement park, and he's determined to ride every ride twice.
His foster family is convinced he wakes up every morning asking himself, "What can I turn into a game today?"
The answer is...
Pretty much everything.
He's endlessly curious, wonderfully playful, and always looking for his next adventure.
Read more about Dustin
Interactive toys are his absolute favorite, and a tall cat tree would basically be his version of a luxury penthouse. From the top perch, he can keep watch over his kingdom, supervise the humans, and make sure no squirrel gets away with suspicious behavior outside the window.
When playtime finally winds down—and eventually it does—Dustin transforms into an affectionate sweetheart who loves spending time with his people. He enjoys attention, happily accepts pets, and reminds you that behind every goofy kitten is a loving companion who simply wants to be part of the family.
Dustin also has the kind of easygoing personality that makes him a wonderful addition to many homes. He could happily share his life with another playful cat or a cat-savvy dog who understands that every now and then, a spontaneous game of zoomies is simply non-negotiable.
At just one year old, Dustin has his entire life ahead of him. He's left the baby kitten stage behind but still has all the curiosity, fun, and enthusiasm that make young cats so entertaining. He's reached that wonderful age where he's playful enough to keep you laughing but mature enough to start settling into the incredible companion he'll become.
Imagine coming home after a long day and being greeted by a cat who's excited to see you.
Imagine laughing as he invents a brand-new game using nothing more than a paper bag, a toy mouse, and his own imagination.
Imagine spending your evenings with a happy little sidekick curled beside you after a full day of making memories.
Life with Dustin won't be boring.
It'll be filled with laughter, entertainment, and the kind of joyful moments that remind you why cats make our lives so much brighter.
Dustin has been neutered, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $150.
If your home could use a little more laughter, a little more fun, and a whole lot more love, Dustin is ready to leap right into your heart.
